| With the development of BIM technology and the expansion and deepening of application scenarios,relying on information models for cost management has become an important application method.The municipal water supply and drainage pipeline engineering measure project mainly refers to the trench support system.As a temporary measure,this project accounts for a large proportion of the total investment in pipeline engineering.However,the preparation of its budget and actual construction costs are prone to significant deviations,which affects the effectiveness of cost management.This article concludes through comparative analysis that the main reason for the deviation in the budget preparation of the trench support system is the insufficient depth of the design drawings,which cannot obtain accurate support quantities.Based on this,this article uses BIM secondary development technology combined with deepening design ideas to develop a set of tools for automatic deepening design and modeling of trench support systems.The cost management plan for simulating actual construction costs in advance during the budget preparation stage is simulated using the created information model and exported cost data.Firstly,while ensuring the stability and safety of the trench,a detailed design plan for the trench support system should be designed based on the principle of cost optimization,with the design concept of adapting the construction conditions of the pipeline trench in a cascade manner.Secondly,according to the requirements of the deepening design plan,complete the parameterized design of the groove support system in the Revit project file,and write and import the cost information required for preparing the engineering budget.Then,develop and program the automatic creation program of the groove support system based on the secondary development platform Dynamo,and edit the content of the Revit schedule according to the cost management objectives.Finally,the entire cost management scheme developed in this article will be applied to actual engineering cases to conduct fully automatic deepening design and parameterization model establishment of the pipeline engineering trench support system,simulate the actual construction situation,and export cost information.From the perspectives of the construction party and the construction party,the cost management optimization of municipal pipeline engineering measures was completed during the budget stage.Then,the effectiveness was evaluated using the earned value method,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the automatic design scheme and cost management method of the trench support system based on BIM technology were demonstrated. |
