Aluminum alloy formwork has many advantages,such as short construction cycle,repeated usages,conveniece,high efficiency,good stability,high bearing capacity,wide application range,and good construction effect,etc.However,there are also some disadvantages in the use of aluminum alloy formwork,such as complex formwork system,difficult to deepen design and to make changes,as well as poor communication between all parties involved at the construction site.Meanwhile,many difficulties of aluminum alloy formwork system could be well solved by using finite element analysis software to simulate the stress during the construction of aluminum alloy formwork,and to optimize structural and assembly design with the help of BIM technology.This master's thesis of engineering includes the following contents :(1)Taking an engineering project as an example,using ABAQUS software to perform finite element simulation on aluminum alloy formwork and connectors of floors,walls and beams,to simulate the stress during formwork construction,and to find the weak position in the actual construction process,and thus reinforcement plans could be provided.Moreover,based on the research above,the author takes simulation calculation of traditional wooden formwork,and make a contrast between these two formworks,and draws a conclusion that aluminum alloy formwork could effectively suppress further deformation of formwork.In addition,by applying unidirectional surface load to a mono-block of standard aluminum alloy formwork,taking section form of formwork and arrangement of stiffener as variable parameters,an deepening design was made,which provides an optimal reference for engineering project.(2)Based on actual project,using BIM software to build three-dimentional models in these three systems for aluminum alloy formwork: panel system,support system and fastening system,and then confirm the deepening design plan.Besides,according to the demand of the research,the quality requirements of modeling were put forward and the key points of modeling were summarized.Furthermore,in view of the small number of aluminum alloy formwork component families,based on BIM technology,a common family libraries has been established to improve the efficiency to deepen design of aluminum alloy formwork projects.(3)Combined with the current characteristics of aluminum alloy formwork,the BIM technology is used to optimize the construction measures and construction management during the construction of aluminum alloy formwork,which improves the efficiency of the parties involved in the construction.At the same time,compared with other types of formwork,and analyzed their technical and economical benefits,a conclusion was drawed that the aluminum alloy formwork has more advantages than other formworks in the construction of super high-rise buildings.
