| Due to the low efficiency,serious pollution and waste of the traditional construction production and management methods,it can no longer adapt to the current efficient production and construction environment,which promotes the construction industry to constantly improve and improve its own management level.As a new technology in the digital age of the 20 th century,BIM has been widely used in the construction industry in foreign developed countries,which has greatly improved the management level of construction.Although the construction industry of our country started relatively late in the application of BIM technology,it has made some achievements under the strong promotion of the government,but there are many problems in the process of application.Therefore,the application of BIM in construction is particularly important,which is also the purpose and significance of this paper.Based on the analysis of the present situation of traditional construction,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the construction stage of traditional buildings,and expounds the problems existing in deepening the design in construction.Then by analyzing the present situation and development trend of BIM construction in foreign countries,consulting the relevant data,combining with the understanding of BIM by scholars at home and abroad,we can better understand the definition and application advantages of BIM,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research work.The application of BIM technology in the deepening design stage of building construction is easy to ignore by many scholars.In practice,the construction deepening design is an important part of the whole construction stage.The application of BIM technology solves many problems in deepening design in traditional construction.This paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in the stage of construction deepening design through three aspects.First,it is the application preparation of BIM in the stage of deepening design of construction,and secondly,it is based on the main application performance of BIM technology in the stage of deepening design of construction.Finally,it is the method of multi-specialty comprehensive application of construction deepening design BIM.Through the description of these three aspects,it fully reflects the application value of BIM technology in the stage of construction deepening design.The application of BIM technology in construction management runs through the whole construction stage.The application of BIM technology in the construction stage is not only the application of technology,but also as an information management platform to cooperate with all parties to manage the project.The level of project construction management has been greatly improved.This paper expounds the application method of BIM information management platform from three aspects: the choice of platform,the perfection of platform information and the application of platform.Finally,the guiding significance of BIM technology to the implementation process of building construction is summarized,which is three-dimensional construction site layout,simulated construction,construction BIM 5D management and BIM visual construction guidance.At the end of this paper,the specific application of BIM technology in typical engineering cases is analyzed,and the value points of BIM technology and various problems reflected in the application process are analyzed and discussed.It provides the basis and reference for the follow-up research and application of BIM. |
