Tunnel has proved its function in reducing the distance and improving transport capacity etc.With the innovation of transportation construction technology,submarine immersed tube tunnel has become a new mean of connecting offshore areas and promoting the economic development,can be built in areas with plenty of difficulties,has characteristic including heavy investment,lots of lanes,long distance,closing traffic environment and multiple underwater separation and merging.Once a very serious accidents occurred in the tunnel,if the control and rescue of the vehicle are not timely,immeasurable loss of life and property will be caused.Therefore,vehicle positioning in long tunnel and management of key operating vehicle are important areas of smart tunnel research and security operations management.This paper studies key technology,simulated analysis,layout and optimization,fusion data processing design of vehicle positioning in tunnel.On this basis,combined with the actual project of information construction of an important river crossing channel in which the author participated,the application of key operating vehicle management and vehicle positioning technology is given.This paper is mainly as follows:1.Through the research of the distribution relationship between GDOP value and elevation azimuth of the satellite,the first key algorithm,an improved satellite selection algorithm of Beidou and GPS dual mode combined signal broadcasting is given,the algorithm realized the task of satellite selection for continuous positioning inside and outside the tunnel.Result of simulation and test shows that the algorithm’s computing time is less than traditional minimum GDOP value algorithm significantly.2.The signal propagation and the constituent part of error of tunnel satellite navigation and positioning technology is studied,then the second key algorithm,a method to weaken multipath effect in immersed tube tunnel metal environment is carried out.The influence of positioning result caused by metal environment is effectively reduced.Test result shows that the navigation with the method has reduced multipath effectively.3.By analyzing the requirement and the signal broadcast model accuracy,the grid broadcasting method of satellite analog signal and the layout in tunnel is given,and the layout optimization design is carried out.According to the requirements of lane-level vehicle detection and plate number recognition in tunnel,the layout of radar and video detection terminal is given,also the radar and video data combined processing is given.Results show that the grid broadcasting method can realize seamless connection,and the accuracy can be within 15 meters,and the radar and video detection system can achieve 96% accuracy of the total number of vehicles,95% accuracy of land-level vehicle type recognition,95% accuracy of plate number recognition.4.Based on the optimization of key algorithms and layout,through the research of data relationship between continuous vehicles positioning and radar,video lane-level vehicle detection,the process of data fusion is given,the lane-level vehicle detection is realized,which can provide database for lane-level applications like accident lane closure,forecast of lane congestion and vehicle lane change tracking.5.Based on an actual tunnel,the application of positioning deployment and key operating vehicles management is realized.The road test results show that the performance of vehicle monitoring is high,services including lane-level management,warning and shunt is provided.
