| Construction hoist,also known as construction lifter,is the main transport equipment in the vertical direction of high-rise building construction.With the rapid development of China’s construction industry,the domestic construction hoist has been widely used,but there is a big gap compared with similar foreign products,the main reason is the use of traditional design theory,empirical design,and the lack of professional construction hoist parameterization design platform,at the same time,the lack of few lightweight research.This leads to a long design cycle,low material utilization,and high production and use costs.Therefore,how to effectively carry out the construction of hoist parametric design platform and lightweight in-depth research is an urgent topic to be studied.Therefore,this paper takes the SC construction hoist as the research object,uses modern design methods,finite element and topology optimization theories,as well as SQL Server database,Visual Studio,SOLIDWORKS,ANSYS,and other software tools.The research focuses on the parametric modeling,static analysis,and lightweight design of construction hoists.The specific research work is as follows:(1)The establishment of a three-dimensional model base for the construction hoist.Based on the physical mapping of SC type construction hoist of a company,the 3D model library of parts and assemblies is established by Solid Works,which is saved in four folders of the mast sections,hoist cage,base enclosure,and wall tie,and each part is named and numbered according to classification.(2)Design and development of construction hoist parameter modeling system.The SC construction hoist automatic parameter modeling system is established by C# language secondary development tool based on Solid Works.The system can realize the connection between the user database and the construction hoist 3D model library,so the designer can register and log in to use the system’s mast sections design,hoist cage design,base enclosure design,and wall tie design four modules,to call the model library for parametric modeling.(3)Statics analysis of wall tie and outer cage base of construction hoist.Finite element analysis models were established based on the models of the wall tie and the outer cage base generated by the modeling system.The traditional calculation was carried out to verify the rationality and safety of the structure of the wall tie and the outer cage base,and the structure optimization design was carried out for the outer cage base.At the same time,the scheme based on traditional computer statics analysis,where wall tie,hoist-way and outer cage base assembly are in the most dangerous working conditions of statics analysis has been put forward,comparison and analysis the two different schemes as a result,the integrated intensity of the check assembly and deformation,and validate the rationality of the structure and the safety and the necessity of research on the lightweight wall tie.(4)Research on the lightweight of construction hoist wall tie.After the topological optimization of the mainframe of the wall tie frame in ANSYS Workbench,the lightweight design of the new attached wall frame is completed.Then,the traditional calculation and finite element statics analysis of the new model are carried out to check whether the strength and deformation of the new wall tie meet the requirements.The statics analysis of the total assembly under the most dangerous working conditions is carried out to verify the rationality and safety of the model structure,and then the results before and after the lightweight of the wall tie are compared and analyzed.To sum up,the study of this paper will provide better theoretical guidance for the rapid development,statics analysis,and lightweight design of construction hoists,hoping to further improve the comprehensive cost performance and market competitiveness of construction hoists. |
