| Breastfeeding is one of the most important experiences in a woman’s reproductive process. The low rate of exclusive breastfeeding has a negative impact on the national economy, the incidence and mortality of infant infectious diseases, and the depression of lactating women.Smooth breastfeeding is of great significance for alleviating various postpartum diseases and improving the yield of breast milk.Breast pump is the most commonly used auxiliary product for lactating women in modern society. With the development of social and cultural concepts and the popularization and application of information technology, the demand for breast pump has shown dynamic characteristics.Based on the FBS model, this paper summarizes the product design process of D-FBS model around the dynamic user requirements acquisition and function-behavior-structure mapping process, and takes the breast pump as a design practice case for verification. The main research work is as follows:(1)The limitations of the existing FBS model are analyzed. When applied in the field of industrial design, the model does not pay enough attention to user requirements and it is difficult to quickly respond to the dynamic changes of user requirements. The model problem is solved, and the FBS model is extended, and the D-FBS model and product design flow for dynamic user requirements are proposed.(2)A breast pump design is used as an example to demonstrate how the D-FBS model can involve user requirements in the mapping process to solve industrial design problems.Online reviews,in-depth interviews, questionnaires and literature research were used to study the user requirements of breast pump, and the importance order of user requirements under different use scenarios was clarified.Three models of function, behavior and structure of breast pump products were completed.(3)The ergonomics and perceptual image style of the breast pump products were analyzed, and the dimensions and appearance of the breast pump were designed based on the D-FBS model proposed above and the research results. The fuzzy evaluation method was used to screen the design draft, and finally the effectiveness of the design scheme was verified by the user satisfaction evaluation. |
