Research On Software Requirement Management Of Automobile Loan Project Of Y Company

In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet finance,China’s auto finance industry is also in full bloom,and the development of these enterprises also rely more and more on software systems,which also directly affect the tightness between users and auto finance companies.As an auto finance company ranked high in the industry,Y company has been more and more applied to the software system in the recent development process due to the company’s development direction and mode innovation,which directly leads to the continuous increase of the content of software R ＆D work.At the same time,Y company’s software R ＆D process and management regulations are becoming more and more perfect.However,in the whole life cycle management of software R ＆D,Y company’s software requirements management has not played its due role,and there are still many problems in mobile terminal product R ＆D,demand acquisition,demand proposal,demand analysis and so on.This paper mainly studies the current situation of software demand management of Y company’s automobile loan project.Combined with the theoretical basis of demand engineering and demand management,and combined with the author’s working experience in Y company,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current demand management of Y company’s automobile loan project.At present,there are some problems in the software requirements management of Y company’s automobile loan project,such as the construction process of mobile terminal products to be optimized,the quality of demand delivery is not high,and the demand analysis is incomplete.By studying the theoretical knowledge of demand management,demand acquisition methods,demand analysis methods and other knowledge,the author points out the causes of the current problems of software demand management of Y company’s automobile loan project,and puts forward the optimization measures of software demand management of Y company’s automobile loan project.The software requirement management of Y company’s auto loan project can be optimized in the following aspects: first,optimize the mobile terminal demand management process,plan to establish an independent mobile terminal R ＆D team,and increase the posts of product manager,UI Designer and user experience.In the mobile terminal demand management process,compared with the traditional PC terminal demand management process,user research,competitive product analysis,UI design,specification review and other processes are added;Second,optimize the demand access in the demand proposal stage,increase the demand access evaluation process,score according to different types of demand in different five dimensions,and enter only after accumulating more than 60 points,so as to reduce the cost investment of invalid demand;Third,optimize the demand acquisition process.On the basis of only business needs,increase user research,user interviews and other channels to obtain the real user needs,and obtain the real feedback of users through the analysis of user behavior data;Fourth,optimize the requirements analysis process,add the first round of prototype confirmation requirements on the basis of the original requirements confirmed only through the requirements documents,which is more visual and easy to understand,facilitate and quickly reach an agreement with business personnel,ensure the accuracy of requirements confirmation,and lay a good foundation for the correct requirements of subsequent research and development.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the software demand management of Y company’s automobile loan project,analyzes the problems,and puts forward the corresponding optimization measures to contribute to the software demand management of Y company’s automobile loan project.
