| China’s economic and social development is entering a new normal,with a slowdown in economic growth,structural optimization and adjustment,innovation-driven,diversified challenges and other typical features,economic development trend determines the transformation of the enterprise growth model,in this context,the grid enterprise growth mode is from quantitative growth type to quality long type into.In the quantitative growth development stage,the performance management of power grid enterprises mainly focus on the operating results,operating quantity,operating scale,and the indicators in these areas as the focus of the assessment,layer by layer decomposition,layer by layer to the ground,the overall star now "focus on results,ignore the process" "quantity,light quality " characteristics.With the change of economic growth,market-oriented reform,in addition to quantitative indicators,scale indicators,power grid enterprises also focus on enterprise process management,organizational change,operating cost control,efficiency improvement,management and technological innovation,external challenges,internal risk prevention,customer and employee satisfaction and other content.With the intensification of market competition,the original emphasis on the "people-oriented" business management concept also needs to be changed to the "struggle-oriented" business management concept.Therefore,the original performance management of power grid enterprises must carry out model innovation,in line with the change of growth mode,and serve for the development strategy of enterprises.This thesis adopts the main-base binary performance management model,the core of which is for all kinds of assessment objects in enterprises.Based on the departmental questionnaire sampling and on-site interviews,Chapter 5,as the core of this paper,optimizes the existing performance management system,performance contracts,performance indicators and performance indicator weights.Especially the part of indicator design and indicator weighting design,this paper analyzes the process of indicator design at large,and also analyzes the performance indicator weights in detail through hierarchical analysis,which optimizes and improves the performance indicator system of LK company,and provides a grip for achieving the strategic goals of power supply company.Of course,the performance appraisal management of electric power enterprises will also develop as a long-term dynamic and continuous adjustment development process,and with the continuous reform of the management system of electric power enterprises in China in recent years,the performance appraisal management will also increasingly need to care and pay attention to the environmental changes inside and outside the supervision of the whole enterprise electric power system.Relevant professional practitioners’ concepts need to be adjusted accordingly to promote the development of enterprises. |
