| In recent years, with the rapid growth of China’s import and export trade volume, the throughput of major domestic container terminals has also achieved rapid growth, and various container terminals have been renovated and expanded infrastructure, and the throughput capacity of the gate often becomes an important factor restricting the throughput capacity of the whole terminal.Around 2005,more and more mature container terminals will provide infrastructure The key point of upgrading and reconstruction is the gate. The gate buffer zone came into being in this period. With the continuous increase of the throughput of each container terminal and the volume of the gate box,the buffer zone has gradually evolved into the "difficult and miscellaneous" aggregation of the gate box business of each terminal. The business types are increasingly complex and the scale is also growing.Under the guidance of lean management theory, this thesis first introduces the related research status of container terminals at home and abroad in terms of gate buffer zone management;then, combining theory with practice, starting with the management status of Q port gate buffer zone,it combs in detail its three major categories,including11 main business processes, and deeply analyzes its complex and diverse business types, excessive occupation of terminal resources, and organization With the increasingly large structure and other problems, the research uses the "ESEIA" method(i.e.Eliminate,Simplify,Establish,Integrate and Automate),drawing on the management experience of advanced container terminals at home and abroad, and using the powerful means of "Internet plus" management mode, mobile phone intelligent technology application, and rules and regulations to establish and perfect the Q port. Finally, the guarantee measures for the optimization of the business process of the Q port gate buffer zone are formulated.Through process optimization,we can achieve the goal of reducing the labor intensity of the staff in the buffer zone at the gate of port Q,saving the resources of the terminal yard, improving the efficiency of business handling and improving customer satisfaction, releasing the resources of port Q and further improving the operation efficiency and external service quality. The research results show that under the guidance of lean management theory, the optimization of the business process of the buffer zone at the gate of the container terminal by using the "eseia" method will greatly reduce the number of manual orders in the buffer zone, effectively alleviate the labor intensity of the document clerk in the buffer zone, and comprehensively improve the comprehensive management level and external service quality of the buffer zone at the gate. Therefore, the research methods and results of this thesis can provide scientific support and reference for the process optimization of the port buffer zone of the container terminal, and have strong practical significance for enriching the theory of the business process optimization of the container terminal. |
