hydrogen energy industry,hydrogen refueling stations are the focus of the construction and layout of various countries.In recent years,major countries in the world have refueled hydrogen.The number of stations is growing rapidly.However,with the occurrence of more serious accidents in many hydrogen refueling stations around the world in recent years,it has sounded the alarm for the fast-developing hydrogen energy industry.Hydrogen is extremely flammable and explosive,and the consequences of explosion are very serious.As a key link in the downstream industry of the hydrogen energy industry chain,the safe operation of hydrogen refueling stations is extremely important.Therefore,a reasonable method for determining the safe distance of hydrogen refueling stations must be formulated.Clarify the safety distance of the hydrogen refueling station to ensure the safety of people and the environment around the hydrogen refueling station.In order to solve this problem and realize the harmonious coexistence of the hydrogen refueling station and the surrounding protection goals,this article mainly carried out the following aspects:(1)Research on the method of determining the safety distance of the hydrogen refueling station.Based on the actual situation of hydrogen refueling station installations in my country,the definition of hydrogen refueling station safety distance is clarified,and compared with the advantages and disadvantages of existing safety distance evaluation methods,a hydrogen refueling station safety method combining risk assessment and deterministic analysis methods is proposed.Distance evaluation method.(2)Research on the principles of determining the safety distance of hydrogen refueling stations.Firstly,the permissible risk standards of the protected objects around the hydrogen refueling station are clarified.Secondly,combined with the HAZOP analysis report of the hydrogen refueling station,a detailed analysis of the possible accident consequences of the hydrogen refueling station is carried out,and the corresponding injury types and standards are determined.Finally,the basis and exact value of each parameter in the calculation process of dangerous events are analyzed in detail,and the calculation steps of the frequency of dangerous events are clarified.(3)Example assessment of safe distance from hydrogen refueling station.Taking a typical35 MPa gaseous hydrogen refueling station as the evaluation object,the safety distance evaluation method developed was verified by an example.At the same time,the evaluation result was compared with the current specification "Technical Specifications for Hydrogen Refueling Stations"(GB 50516-2010),and launched Discuss carefully.(4)Analysis of influencing factors and laws of hydrogen refueling station accidents.In view of the complex and changeable conditions of hydrogen refueling station technology and environmental factors,a higher risk hydrogen pipeline leakage scenario is selected,and the sensitivity analysis method is used to comprehensively analyze the impact of environmental and process factors on the consequences of hydrogen refueling station accidents,and judge the impact on hydrogen refueling station safety The key factor of distance setting.The main research results and conclusions obtained in this paper are as follows:(1)The safety distance assessment result of hydrogen refueling station is directly related to the hydrogen storage capacity of the container.Especially for the vapor cloud explosion accident,the current domestic regulations are difficult to adapt to the development trend of higher pressure levels and more hydrogen storage in hydrogen refueling stations..(2)The consequences of the hydrogen refueling station vapor cloud explosion accident are very serious,with the farthest impact.The safety distance assessment results are all determined based on the vapor cloud explosion accident.Therefore,in the actual construction process of the hydrogen refueling station,corresponding preventive measures must be taken to avoid hydrogen.Gathering occurs in a limited space.(3)The evaluation result of the safety distance to avoid causing mass deaths and injuries is much higher than the upper limit of the current regulations.In fact,the densely populated areas such as central urban areas and downtown areas are too tight to meet this distance requirement.Therefore,the construction of hydrogen refueling stations is recommended.Keep away from the central city,downtown area and other areas as much as possible.(4)The influence of process factors on the downwind distance and maximum heat radiation value of the hydrogen LFL is much greater than environmental factors,among which the height of the leak point,the leak hole diameter and the discharge pressure all have an obvious positive effect on the expansion of the consequences of the accident.The research results of this paper can provide a basis for the revision of relevant specifications for hydrogen refueling stations,and play a certain guiding role in the construction of domestic hydrogen refueling stations.Setting a reasonable safety distance will help ensure the safety of people and the environment around the hydrogen refueling station,while saving land resources.In-depth analysis of the effective and irrelevant factors of the high-pressure hydrogen leakage accident of the hydrogen refueling station is conducive to controlling the hydrogen pipeline leakage and making the most appropriate decision in an emergency. |
