| With the development of our country’s comprehensive national strength,the domestic economic market goes more active,cities are positive to invest the field of urban transportation infrastructure,and the development of the subway has advanced very much.Only by improving their comprehensive management methods and controlling their cost properly,will the subway enterprises control their cost effectively.BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology has been widely used in the construction industry,and is being used in the management of other kinds of projects gradually due to its unique advantages.How to apply the BIM technology to the cost control of our country’s subway projects,to reduce the project costs and increase economic benefit of project,is very important on investment controlling.First of all,this article clarified the background and significance of the topic,illustrated the application of the cost control and BIM Technology on project at domestic and abroad,presented the research content,methods and technical route of this paper,summarized the advantages of the BIM technology applying on cost management of construction project.Secondly,this article analyzed the current status and problems of cost control on H subway project,and clarified the research ideas of cost control of H subway project based on BIM technology.And then analyzed the functional requirements of the cost control system,built a system model,designed the system framework,explained the operation process of the system,and established a BIM-based construction project cost management system.Finally,this article exampled the H subway project in Q city,analyzed the existing problems in the cost control of the project based on the basic situation of the project.And then applied the cost control cost system basing on the basic BIM technology on the H subway project,has improved the project cost control effectively.Thereby promoted the realization of the company’s project cost control objective. |
