First, this article analyzes the cost effects factors of 1 10kV substation engineering’s five stages, including decision-making stage, and design stage, and enrollment bid stage, and construction stage and completed acceptance stage; Second, based on analysis the stage cost factors, cost control indicators system established principles, method and steps, this article has established a substation engineering cost control indicators system covering 20 a indicators, and also has built out a substation engineering cost control model based on fuzzy integrated evaluation; Last, making 110kV substation engineering as a case for analysis, this process in the first has a overall of overview of project situation, project organization institutions, scene plane layout and construction program. Then, the thesis analyzes the effects factors which influences five stages of substation construction by building out of substation engineering cost control indicators body and cost control evaluation model. Only by this can we determine out the main cost effects factors in different stage of substation engineering, so the thesis puts forward relevant cost-control measures to guarantee and improve the cost management of the five stages of substation engineering. |
