With the promotion of the market reform for the sale of electricity,load aggregator has diversity role positioning.Not only it can be used as a bridge between supply side and demand side to reduce interactive cost,but also can provide ancillary services to the grid to ease the peak pressure of power grid because of its ability to integrate resources of demand response.At present,users who participates in demand response mainly composed by large industrial and commercial customer,ordinary residents and small business users participate less,and it leads to delay promote the concept of demand response.Research on the intelligent decomposition strategy for peak averting and shifting task of load aggregator is helpful to strengthen the interaction between the supply side and demand side,to achieve the reasonable distribution of peak averting and shifting task,to promote the development and application of demand response and to provide basis for the formulation for the intelligent decomposition strategy.Based on the above problems,this paper focuses on the research on the intelligent decomposition strategy for peak averting and shifting task of load aggregator.At first,this thesis simplify the diversity characteristics role of load aggregator,design three level hierarchical interactive architecture which include power grid subsidiary,load aggregator and end uses,and analysis the interaction function.At the same time,design demand response information platform which include architecture of data information collection and interaction,control of demand response,and function of demand response used to support development of peak averting and shifting task of load aggregator.Secondly,design the demand response subsidy issuing rules which is applicable to load aggregator peak averting and shifting task.Building three level user performance index systems by select indicator,establishing user response wave model based on incentive level and user complete task deviation rate to design verification flow of demand response subsidy issuing rules.Finally,the rationality of the proposed subsidy issuing rules is verified by the simulation results,and lays the foundation for the follow-up work.Finally,analysis and research on the peak averting and shifting task decomposition method,and select simple mathematical models which are DSBAM and DSBEM.Considering the application of historical data and put forward an intelligent modified decomposition coefficient mechanism.On the basis of this,put forward a decomposition mathematical model DSBIEM with user participation.Construct the evaluation index with the profit value and task completion rate.By the simulation results,comparison of DSBAM,DSBEM and DSBIEM schemes to verify the DSBIEM scheme proposed in this thesis has certain applicability.
