| As the main carrier of the booming construction market,the construction project plays an important role in Chinese construction economy.In recent years,Chinese construction industry has developed rapidly,but there are some problems such as outdated cost management mode and low efficiency.As Chinese economy enters a stage of high-quality development,Chinese construction industry also needs to transform,improve profit margins gradually,and strive to maximize profits.For construction projects,the eff ective ways to improve project profit rate is to strengthen the control of project cost.Therefore,how to improve the cost control mode of construction enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper analyzes the theoretical principle an d application status of the current construction projects in the project cost management,combined with the application advantages of construction information technology--BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology.Aiming at the problems existing in the cost control of the current construction enterprises,this paper proposes the principle of the integrated construction cost management.The application framework of BIM is established based on integrated construction cost information ’s collection and update.The model of BIM based integrated construction cost management is constructed through the design of dynamic analysis indicators.At the same time,the model is applied to a actual project,to analysis the feasibility and validity of this model.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the application of BIM construction,this paper analyze the fund flow form of construction project cost elements,classify the cost el ements of construction project income and expenditure through information technology,establish relevant channels,effectively crack the problem of serious disconnection between construction project cost income and construction project cost expenditure.(2)On the basis of BIM,the effective coupling between engineering pricing software and cost management system is realized.On the basis of realizing construction collision detection,construction simulation,visual building model and other auxiliary constru ction efficiency enhancement,dynamic collection and update of construction project cost can be realized.The fine cost control also can be realized by mining project construction data.(3)Based on the requirement of construction project management,BIM integrated construction cost management model is established.This model improves the timeliness and accuracy of cost dynamic management,makes the dynamic cost calculation,analysis and control,effectively identifies the problems existing in the construction process of cost,so as to make the construction enterprise carry on the cost control measures in time.The integrated construction cost management based on BIM can effectively reduce the problems such as information loss,information update lag and poo r coordination among all participants in the construction process,so as to help construction enterprises realize effective cost control and improve enterprise profit rate. |
