The pre-stressed glulam truss structure studied in this paper refers to a structural system composed of glulam components,pre-stressed steel cables or other pre-stressed steel components that can withstand vertical and horizontal actions.Compared with traditional wooden trusses,this structure can be effective The deflection of the control structure,the joint connection is reasonable,the seismic performance is good,the shape is simple and beautiful,and it is suitable for large-span wooden structure buildings.However,most of the domestic and foreign engineering prestressed wood structures are still in the stage of demonstration houses.The main research is focused on the basic mechanical properties of the components,and there is no design method suitable for prestressed glulam structures.Aiming at the application of more and more large-span timber structure buildings,and comparing the difference between prestressed concrete and prestressed timber structure,this paper proposes the discussion and application research of prestressed glulam truss structure design method,and establishes the prestressed glulam truss The calculation method of the bearing capacity and deformation of the structure puts forward the design points of the prestressed glulam truss structure.Taking a large-span pre-stressed glulam truss structure building as a case,the structural design combined with the above theory shows that the pre-stress design needs to consider the dual control of glulam components and steel cables,and proposes construction technical requirements.The main content of this article is as follows:Based on the theoretical basis of prestressed and glulam materials,the ultimate bearing capacity,deformation and prestress limit formulas of prestressed glulam trusses are derived;Based on structural design principles and seismic design theory,the design method of prestressed glulam truss structure is proposed from the aspects of structural system,calculation model,seismic design requirements,basic component design,joint connection design,etc.;Based on the above theoretical foundation,the structural design of a prestressed glulam long-span truss banquet hall building is carried out,the prestress application is simulated by the temperature stress,the finite element model of the structure is established,and the design method of the prestressed glulam truss is proposed.In terms of heat preservation and sound insulation,waterproof and moisture-proof,anti-corrosion and anti-termite,and pre-stress control,key technologies for the construction of the structure are proposed.
