At present,large-span steel truss structure is the use of more forms of large-span spatial structure,the design theory matures,but the construction method has yet to be improved.Grid structure for decades,contributed to the continuous lifting of its block lifting level.At the same time,the shape of the steel truss structure is more and more novel,the span is more and more big,more needs the block hoisting technology systematization,also requests the construction to have the enough security.The use of block hoisting construction of the grid structure,the structure of the block in different lifting conditions,the force is also different.In order to ensure the safety of the block hoisting construction,the lifting quality of the segmented structure and the stability of the grid structure,it is necessary to strengthen the safety analysis of the working condition of the truss hoisting.Large-span steel truss hoisting construction,most of the construction units often rely on the construction experience of its hoisting project estimates,rarely do a complete and systematic safety analysis,which makes the construction of the lifting of the existence of security risks.In this paper,taking the block hoisting technology of a roofing web structure as the research object,taking the present situation of the development of the large span steel truss structure in China,Frame structure construction hoisting technology analysis and research.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows: On the basis of the research of existing large and span steel truss structures at home and abroad,the construction stage of the steel truss structure is analyzed.This paper introduces the basic engineering overview and the existing problems in the construction.The installation process of the roof truss net structure and the installation method of the typical unit are described.The construction process of the roof webbing structure is detailed by using the 3D model.And then the design of the supporting carcass and walking tower crane track in the installation process is analyzed in detail.Secondly,the whole construction process of the steel truss structure is simulated and analyzed in detail,and the construction process The displacement of each component and the stress ratio of components all meet the requirements of thespecification,which verifies the feasibility of the construction.Finally,the construction survey and monitoring of the roof structure of the drifting band structure are discussed in detail and combined with the simulation analysis.Out of the possible problems in the construction,is conducive to guide the smooth progress of the construction process.It is helpful for us to deepen the understanding of the hoisting technology for the construction of the steel truss structure with large span,and also to provide the technical support for the construction of the steel truss structure in the future.Construction has a certain reference and reference significance.
