| China’s coal resources are very rich and widely distributed,ranking in the forefront of the world.In recent years,China’s power industry has developed rapidly,especially in the form of thermal power generation.For a long time,thermal power plants account for about 70% of the total power generation in China,and more than 60% of the global coal-fired power generation.Coal is the main combustion medium material of thermal power plant,and fly ash is the waste of coal after combustion.Coal-fired power generation is the main mode in China,so the emission of fly Ash in China is the first in every country in the world.China has always attached great importance to ecological protection,and the excessive discharge of fly ash has caused great pressure on ecological environment protection.In order to deal with the large amount of fly ash discharged by the fossil-fuel power station,our country has to expend a certain amount of manpower,material and financial resources to repair and build the Ash Yard to store the fly ash every year,we need to raise the dam body of the ash field.Therefore,how to make use of the idle fly ash in the Ash Yard and turn waste into treasure has become a problem that needs to be studied in our country.In this paper,the engineering application of hydraulic fill fly ash dam is studied and discd.This paper begins with an overview of the hydraulic filling of fly ash and high subdams at the Hunchun Power Plant,this paper introduces the General Situation,engineering scope and working content of the Hunchun power plant and the present ash dam,as well as the characteristics of the project and the advantages of hydraulic fill technology.Then it introduces the Construction Organization design of the project,which mainly includes the general arrangement of the construction procedure and the construction scheme.At the same time,it also manages and monitors the construction process of hydraulic fill fly ash plus high sub-dam of the project,the water content,dry density,bearing capacity of foundation,degree of compaction and consolidation settlement of fly ash in dam body are determined by means of ring knife compaction test,plate load test and settlement observation of dam body,the results show that the fly ash has better water permeability,faster consolidation and settlement,higher compactness,better bearing capacity of foundation,smaller settlement of dam body,and is suitable as hydraulic fill material of dam body.To master and understand the material characteristics of fly ash is the premise of how to make comprehensive use of fly Ash.This paper introduces the physical,chemical and mineral properties of fly Ash,as well as its application fields and prospects.Based on the analysis of the test data and observation results of the dam body compactness,consolidation settlement and Dam Foundation deformation in the project of adding high sub-dam with hydraulic fly Ash,it is found that the dam body settlement deformation is very small and the actual compactness is better than the design index.Finally,it is pointed out that it is safe and reliable to use fly ash for hydraulic fill dam.At the end of this paper,some suggestions are put forward for the construction process of fly ash hydraulic fill dam.Although the compactness can be improved by vibration compaction,for large area construction,the actual operation is time-consuming and laborious,and not all planes can be taken into account,and can not guarantee the mortar in the vertical direction maintains the grain size uniformity,forms the grading good dam body material,the actual construction effect is inferior to the manual step disturbs the way,therefore from guarantees the dam body to fill the quality and saves the construction time the angle,for the large area of construction,the use of artificial trampling method is more practical.and the smaller the thickness of backfill is,the better the quality of backfill is. |
