The hydraulic secondary filling station(referred to "HSFS")for CNG vehicle has been increasingly built due to many advantages,such as less investment,high degree of integration,small footprint and civil works,suitability for being incorporated into built fuel and CNG combined stations under construction in cities.Therefore,it is of high significance and application value to research into the construction of hydraulic secondary filling stations for CNG vehicle in that it will provide technical support and reference for constructing stations,selecting equipment,setting industrial standards,revising and applying regulations.According to the working principle of hydraulic secondary filling stations for CNG vehicle and based on the highly efficient and energy-saving HSFS system as the research target,this paper has studied on the basic theory of the HSFS system,put forward the theory model and the system structure analysis model of the HSFS,and proposed the gas processing method based on priority control of cascade switch system,which is dealt with in detail in the following aspects:Firstly,according to the hydraulic station system theory model lack problem,this paper based on the actual movement of fluid(liquid and gas)theory,put forward the theory model of HSFS system,which can provide the reference basis for the study of the basic theory of the HSFS.Combined with the theoretical model established the AMESim/Simulink co-simulation models,and the research of the simulation was carried out in accordance with the system actual operating conditions,verified the accuracy and reliability of the HSFS theoretical model.Secondly,for HSFS system lacks the optimization goals and optimization methods,the HSFS system was taken as the research object through the application of system engineering theory.This system was divided into HSFS dedicated long tubes trailer,hydraulic equipment,automatic control system and CNG filling machine four major elements.The multi-attribute system structure model based on the fuzzy correlation matrix of the HSFS system was put forward according to the correlation between the constituent elements and the attribute characteristics of each element.Through the structural analysis of the structural model of the system,the constituent elements of the HSFS system was determined and the priority of the HSFS system was proposed.Thirdly,for the HSFS dedicated long tubes trailer in the problem of low transport efficiency,this paper according to the optimization principle and taking the CNG transport load capacity as the objective function,the optimal layout model of the gas pipe bundle of the long tube trailer of the hydraulic secondary filling station was established.Based on the present situation,the research and development target of the long tube trailer was settled to be the development of transport efficiency and safety factor higher hydraulic secondary filling station.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental research,the key manufacturing process of the seamless steel pipe for large diameter ?711 gas cylinders and the key manufacturing process were developed.The use of virtual prototyping technology for lightweight research and lifting mechanism design accordingly developed the corresponding production standards.Fourthly,for the problems of high energy consumption and small gas filling capacity,this paper studied the theory of the gas filling process,and analyzed the influence of the main factors in the HSFS performance.Therefore,the present author put forward the cascade switch gas filling method based on the priority list control,and accordingly realized the industrial design and manufacturing of high-efficient and energy-saving HSFS.For the problems of the control system was single function,low degree of automation and poor anti-interference ability,The hardware system of the PLC control system was redesigned to ensure the stability of the operation and the stability of the control system.Reliability,the use of configuration software designed a more interactive man-machine interface,through the modular function module programming,optimize the design of the PLC software control system,to achieve a high degree of automation and intelligent system.Using the AMESim/Simulink co-simulation model,the main technical parameters and working process of the system were simulated in the simulation environment.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the new HSFS system has higher reliability,economy and advanced.Finally,according to the HSFS's working condition,this paper designed and constructed 12 different engineering test conditions for two types HSFS systems.Through the analysis of the experimental results,the energy-efficient type of HSFS system's transport efficiency was increased by 25%,and transport cost reduced by 30%;CNG gas station filling capacity was increased by 62.1%,while the energy consumption was reduced by 36.4%.
