Optimization Research On Quality Management System Of X Company’s New Energy Vehicle Battery Testing Project

Detection is a very important part of the improvement of product performance and quality.The quality of detection directly affects the final quality level of the tested products.Currently the China’s new energy automotive industry is in from the high speed growth towards the high quality development.We insist on the priority to the development of new energy automotive industry as the important strategy of our country’s development.The auto production volume is not the only indicator of appraisal industry development level,more critically it is to improve the quality of the industry development.We aim to further develop the potential of China’s large range of market resources and the capacity of the huge domestic demand,which responses to the goals of the national carbon neutrality and emission peak.At the same time we need to take advantage of the "Belt and Road" and other international opportunities to actively high-quality join the world industrial system and the global new energy vehicle market.So it is urgent to improve the quality reliability of new energy vehicles.Battery detection is a very important part in the development of new energy vehicles.It is not only a means to check whether the design is qualified,but also the technical basis for further optimization and improvement.Various performance tests are needed in the research and development of new energy vehicle batteries.The quality of the testing process is related to whether the performance of an automobile product is qualified.Secondly,it is more related to the personal and property safety of users and the public,as well as the brand reputation and economic benefits of enterprises.This study starts from the perspective of the third party,taking X Company,a third-party laboratory,as an example.This paper studies the status quo,problems and causes of X Company’s quality management of the battery testing project of new energy vehicles.Customer satisfaction survey and customer interview were used to find out the main problems existing in battery testing in X Company,and the causes of the existing problems were analyzed.The main reasons for the problems in testing technology level,business specification level,service quality and Quality of certificate report were found as follows: Poor quality of personnel training;Detection power subsystem is not advanced;Unreasonable organizational structure related to quality management;The overall testing process is not perfect;Quality management activities are not implemented;The quality of document management is not up to standard;The frequently of the service quality problems.Then according to the total quality management theory,from the Angle of "manmachine material method ring" to optimize the existing problems.Finally,formulate the implementation plan of the optimization program.Based on the total quality management theory,this study is applied to the third-party battery testing of new energy vehicles to improve the testing quality and broaden the practical scope of management related theories in third-party testing companies.At the same time,this study has certain reference significance for the detection of other aspects in the development process of new energy vehicles.
