Research On R & D Quality Management Process Of Battery Management System Of H Company

Battery Management System(BMS)is one of the core components of new energy vehicles.As the new energy vehicle market continues to expand,the market for battery management systems is also growing.The BMS affects the quality and safety of new energy vehicles,so the Original Equipment Manufacturers(OEM)continue to improve the quality requirements of BMS.However,there are currently hundreds of domestic companies that develop and produce BMS,and the competition is fierce.Therefore,meeting the ever-increasing BMS requirements of OEMs affects BMS Research and Development(R & D)and production enterprises to maintain market competitiveness.Company H is a R & D enterprise of BMS.In order to improve the competitiveness of the company’s BMS,the quality of the company’s BMS needs to be improved to better meet the increasing requirements of the OEMs.Therefore,this paper studies the R & D quality management process of the BMS in order to propose an optimization strategy.This article first studies the current status of the R & D quality management process for the company’s BMS.Through analysis and sorting out,this article finds that there are some problems of BMS R & D quality management processes in Company H,such as R & D quality management process confusion,team coordination.Then,based on the principle of R & D quality management process optimization,this article selects Advanced Product Quality Planning(APQP)tools to optimize H company BMS R &D quality management process,and proposes a BMS R & D quality management process based on APQP.Finally,this article verifies the implementation of the new R& D quality management process through the pure electric logistics vehicle project,and evaluates the implementation benefits from the aspects of cost,quality,and development progress.Through the research,this article confirms that the new R & D quality management process based on APQP proposed by this research is feasible.It can effectively reduce the development cost,improve product quality,save development time,increase the ability of the company’s BMS to meet the requirements of the OEMs,and improve the competitiveness of the company’s BMS.The R & D quality management process of the BMS based on APQP proposed in this paper can also provide reference for other similar companies to improve their R & D quality.
