| At present,there are still some problems in training skilled talents for mold manufacturing major in secondary vocational schools,such as boring classroom teaching atmosphere and weak knowledge application ability of students,which are difficult to meet the comprehensive employment needs of enterprises.The case teaching method uses teachers and students to analyze cases together,relies on the problems set by teachers before class,and guides students to communicate and learn in groups.Through careful teaching design and teachers’ skillful classroom control,students can improve their ability to independently analyze and solve practical problems.Fundamentals of Machinery is the core course of mold manufacturing specialty,this study is based on the case teaching method to carry out the practical teaching of "Mechanical Basis" course in secondary vocational schools,and cultivate skilled talents in mold design and manufacturing that meet the actual needs of enterprises.This paper takes students majoring in mold manufacturing in secondary vocational schools as the research object,and combines literature research,questionnaire survey and interview methods.After a comprehensive analysis of relevant literature,through field research and interviews with teachers of specialized courses in secondary vocational schools and enterprise leaders,we have learned about the enterprise’s requirements for the position ability of skilled talents in mold and the current teaching status of "Mechanical Basis" in secondary vocational schools.After in-depth analysis of relevant issues,the research idea is determined,mainly from the following aspects to carry out the teaching research of "Mechanical Basis" of the case teaching method.First,to consult the relevant literature of the case teaching method,literature review,and then clarify the core concepts,humanism and constructivism as the theoretical basis;Secondly,it analyzes the teaching status of "Mechanical Foundation" course in secondary vocational schools and the demand of enterprise post ability.Thirdly,the teaching design of pre-class case implementation should be improved.The design of case teaching should be carried out by setting pre-class teaching objectives and designing teaching links,implementing process of case teaching in class,evaluation and reflection of case teaching after class,so as to fully fit the cognitive characteristics of secondary vocational students to construct teaching cases.Fourthly,the teaching key points in the implementation of case teaching are clarified,and the implementation strategy of two-axis case teaching is adopted.The first axis is knowledge teaching,and the virtual simulation technology is used to show the bearing processing process as the teaching case to help students understand the knowledge points.The second axis is practical teaching and knowledge application,and the practical machining of machine tools and bearing assembly is used as the case for teaching demonstration,so as to cultivate students’ rigorous and responsible professional quality.Fifth,optimize the threedimensional evaluation criteria of knowledge,skills and comprehensive quality;Sixth,case teaching effect analysis and summary.The teaching practice results show that the students’ analytical ability,teamwork ability,practical ability,learning confidence,rigorous and responsible work attitude have been significantly improved.The two-axis case teaching method adopted in this paper is implemented in the course of Mechanical Foundation in secondary vocational schools.It emphasizes that the teaching design should fit the cognitive characteristics of students,and the teaching process should take practical teaching as the carrier,which provides new curriculum reform ideas and reference experience for the subsequent teaching of other majors in secondary vocational schools. |
