As a high-performance boat type,high-speed craft has simple structure and excellent characteristics of high speed and flexibility.The number of its construction and use ranks first among high-performance ships.The excellent performance of highspeed boat,such as high speed and high maneuverability,makes it widely used in military and civil,such as patrol boat,rescue boat,reconnaissance boat,military missile boat,sports racing boat and so on.The hydrodynamic load and its motion response of high-speed crafts under high speed navigation have very complex and strong nonlinear characteristics,such as green sea,turbulence,bottom slamming and other transient nonlinear problems.And the direct influence of these problems is to destroy the basic characteristics of high-speed crafts such as stability,maneuverability,safety and applicability.At the same time,when the high-speed craft is sailing,it will produce periodic bow lifting and slamming into the water.Under the combined action of wave load and impact load,it will lead to the damage of the bottom structure of the highspeed craft,which will greatly threaten the safety of the ship and personnel.Therefore,it is urgent to study the impact load and structural response of high-speed craft under waves.In this paper,model test and numerical simulation are used to study the impact load and structural response of high-speed craft under waves.Firstly,according to the design parameters of a high-speed craft,an experimental model of impact load and structural response was designed.The model tests of impact load and structural response were carried out under the condition of high-speed towing tank.The impact pressure,body motion and beam bending moment of the high-speed craft model were tested under a series of wave conditions.The CFD hydrodynamic model and AB AQUS finite element model of the high-speed craft model were established respectively,and the fluid-structure coupling numerical simulation technology based on STAR-CCM+and finite element bidirectional coupling was used to simulate the impact load and structural response model test of the high-speed craft.The numerical simulation results are compared with the model test,and they are in good agreement,which shows the effectiveness of the model test method and numerical simulation method.Finally,using the model test of fluid-structure coupling numerical method for high-speed craft of the impact load and structural response of the real scale of high-speed craft numerical simulation calculation.The high-speed craft of the results of numerical simulation results,and model test results converted to real scale of high-speed craft by similarity theory for comparative analysis.This paper compares and analyzes CFD-finite element bidirectional coupling simulation technology in the real scale of craft load and structural response evaluation on effectiveness.Through the research of this paper,the model test method of load and response test of high-speed craft is proposed,the numerical method of effectively simulating the impact load and structural response evaluation of high-speed craft under wave is explored,and the load and structural safety of a high-speed craft design scheme are evaluated,which provides a reference example for the complex load and structural strength evaluation of high-speed craft in the future.
