Valve is an essential device in fluid system.With the development of industrial production,the valve has developed from manual control(passive)to electric control(active),and from electric valve to intelligent valve.The management and distribution capacity of pipeline fluid is becoming stronger and stronger.In the production activities of fluid industry,the correct distribution and control of flowing medium through pipe network system is of great significance to improve production efficiency and production capacity.Among all kinds of valves,one kind of valve is called regulating valve,which can not only realize the opening and closing of the pipeline,but also control the flow of the pipeline.The automation and intellectualization of these valves can help improve the efficiency and safety of various systems with fluid systems(automobiles,aircraft,launch vehicles,etc.).Aiming at the valve opening control problem of small-diameter regulating valve in high-temperature environment,limited space and complex surrounding space structure,a space limited small displacement valve opening control actuator based on"steel wire casing"transmission is designed in this paper.By analyzing the relationship between the lever rotation angle and the ejector stroke and the lever pull stroke,and through theoretical analysis,the values of two groups of key parameters of the actuator meeting the space conditions are selected.According to these two sets of parameters,the three-dimensional model of the mechanism is established by inventor and imported into Adams to establish the kinematic and dynamic model.The whole mechanism reaches a stable state under the action of angular velocity drive and different lever pull F1 is simulated respectively,and the simulation results are compared and analyzed.The actuator with the design parameter l2=9mm can better reduce the tension of the lever stay wire and ensure the safe operation of the actuator.An experimental platform is constructed,and the final scheme of the actuator test platform is determined-the scheme of single actuator working,spring return,joint control of upper computer,data acquisition card and lower computer,and the main composition and work flow of the scheme are explained;Lab VIEW software and Arduino software are used to write the upper computer program and lower computer program of the platform test respectively.In order to ensure the smooth operation of the test platform,the preliminary preparation is briefly described.Finally,run the test platform and measure multiple groups of data.After analysis,it is concluded that the actuator can complete the control of valve 0~4mm displacement.At the same time,there are still many problems that need to be improved in the test platform,such as the change of pull wire installation mode,the fixation of pull wire sleeve,the improvement of return spring stiffness,the replacement of plastic parts with metal parts,better displacement sensors,the filtering processing of original data,the addition of control algorithm,etc.
