Modern cruise ships are like "sea moving castle" or "sea moving resort",which combines transportation,hotel accommodation,catering and entertainment.On the one hand,to ensure the navigation safety is the function of a cruise ship.On the other hand,service is the core of cruise tourism.All-day living and entertainment of passengers should be considered,and the facilities and basic living conditions are also be provided for employees,so it is necessary for the cruise ships to have a complete service chain.Therefore,how to make the cruise ships operate normally in both navigation and tourism,while maintaining the reputation of cruise ships with high quality service,is the common topic of all designers and operators.As the " crown pearl",for a long time,the operation market of cruise ships has been monopolized by European and American countries,and the design and construction technology of cruise ships has been completely blocked.Service flow line design of cruise ship is an important part of cruise ship overall design.Building a service flow line system with complete structure and clear logic is the basis for ensuring high-quality cruise service.In addition,the establishment of a set of cruise service flow line design theory is of great significance to break through the core technology of design and manufacturing of cruise ships,filling the gap in the research on cruise service flow line in China.Starting from the deck space of cruise ship,the cruise service content is studied,the service flow line organization logic is analyzed in this paper.Research around the cruise service flow line is carried out in depth,so as to provide an important reference for the independent design and construction of cruise ships in China.Firstly,the design principles of cruise service flow line are discussed.The spatial characteristics of cruise service flow line are analyzed in this paper,and the design requirements of cruise service flow line are summarized.The relationship among cruise service flow line design,cabin layout and service process are discussed.The cruise service process is analyzed with Service Blueprint,and the logic of cruise space is deduced.The Systematic Layout Planning(SLP)method is used to quantify the relationship between cruise ship cabins and determine the layout of cruise logistics cabin,so as to realize the design of cruise service flow line.Secondly,based on the design principles of cruise service flow line,an intelligent optimization method of cruise service flow line is proposed.The shortest service paths between cabins are obtained by Floyd algorithm,and the length of the shortest paths are used as the calculated distances between cabins.Considering the circulation between logistics cabins and the connection between logistics cabins and passenger activity cabins,combined with the layout design law of cruise logistics cabins and the plane comprehensive relationship between cabins analyzed by SLP method,a mathematical model for the layout optimization of cruise logistics cabins is established.Furthermore,the layout optimization of cruise logistics cabins is realized by genetic algorithm.By comparing and analyzing the design effect of service flow line of logistics cabin layout scheme obtained from different optimization objectives,it is verified that the optimization model is effective in improving the service flow line design effect.Then,the cross interference of cruise service flow line is in research.The flow line interference index to measure the interference degree is proposed.The simulation analysis of friction interference and blocking interference is realized by Anylogic software.Then the strategy to reduce the cross interference of cruise flow line is put forward according the simulation result.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation model of service flow line design is established based on analytic hierarchy process method(AHP),which aims to assist cruise designers and operators in selecting objective and appropriate service flow route schemes.The three service flow route schemes in the original layout of the cruise ship are analyzed,and the layout of the cruise ship is partially improved.The four service route schemes are comprehensively evaluated,and it is verified that the service effect of the service flow line of the partially improved cruise layout scheme is improved.
