| Employee are the major driving force of the society,paying attention to the mental health of employee can produce positive benefits for individuals,enterprises,society and the country.Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic,it has brought a great impact on our society,economy and individuals.In recent years,the output value and profits of the construction industry in Yunnan province have decreased significantly,which brings severe challenges to enterprise management and also has a great impact on employee in the industry.Therefore,in the case of industrial ecological deterioration,It is particularly necessary to investigate the emotion and job satisfaction of employee in the construction industry in Yunnan province.The data of this study was collected in November 2022,when the superimposed effect of the epidemic was the most serious.The data truly reflected the psychological status(anxiety,depression,emotional intelligence and job satisfaction)of employee in the construction industry in Yunnan Province.In order to clarify the current situation of emotional intelligence,anxiety,depression and job satisfaction among employee of construction industry in Yunnan Province,as well as to explore the relationship among them,and come up with some intervention methods for employee’ mental health,this study was carried out.Study 1: The objects of the study were employee in the industrial and civil infrastructure construction industries in Yunnan Province(including construction enterprises,engineering management consulting agencies,electric power construction enterprises and management sectors).questionnaires were used to investigate the emotional intelligence,anxiety,depression and job satisfaction of 540 employee,and369 valid questionnaires were collected.SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 25 were used to conduct descriptive statistics,variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and path analysis of the samples,and the conclusions were drawn as follows:1.The anxiety and depression levels of construction industry employee in Yunnan Province were significantly higher than the national norms(the mean of SAS is 47.07,the mean of SDS is 49.53).2.Anxiety and depression are moderately negatively correlated with emotional intelligence and job satisfaction;emotional intelligence is positively correlated with job satisfaction;anxiety and depression are highly positively correlated.3.Emotional intelligence,anxiety and depression can affect job satisfaction.Depression partially mediates the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction.In addition,anxiety and depression play a chain mediating role between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction.Study 2: The case study method was used.the intervene on a representative employee has been driven by case conceptualization.A variety of evidence-based psychotherapy methods and theories were applied.The social and physiological functions of the client were restored through comprehensive intervention at physiological,psychological and social levels.the results show that reducing the anxiety and depression of employee and improving the mental health status are conducive to improving the job satisfaction.The results of this study is necessary for the establishment of differentiated early warning mechanism and intervention system of occupational group mental health.According to the psychological characteristics of this group,the researcher put forward the following intervention suggestions:1.Different types of employee have different tendencies of psychological problems.In the work of employee’ mental health,it is necessary to conduct differentiated intervention according to the characteristics of different types of employee,and establish differentiated intervention system.2.The researcher put forward a number of intervention suggestions respectively from the perspective of individual psychological adjustment and employers(enterprises). |
