XPE(chemical crosslinked polyethylene)foam cotton wall sticker is a new type of interior decoration material.It has the advantages of ordinary PVC(polyvinyl chloride)plastic wallpaper,And also adds the functions of sound insulation,anticollision,heat insulation and corrosion resistance.Most wall stickers sold on the market are in the form of wall stickers.The wall sticker is obtained by cutting the wall sticker roll.At present,the cutting work of wall stickers is mainly completed manually,which has low efficiency and low precision.In view of the above problems,this paper will design a small fully automatic wall paste cutting equipment with convenient operation,simple structure and can meet the size and accuracy requirements of wall paste cutting.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the actual production demand,the function and parameter indexes of automatic cutting equipment are determined,and the overall scheme of the mechanical structure of the cutting equipment is designed.The mechanical structure of the cutting equipment is divided into three mechanisms: unwinding mechanism,feeding mechanism and cutting mechanism.The unwinding mechanism uses the magnetic powder brake to control the tension,the feeding mechanism uses the way of clamping the roller to transport the wall sticker,and the cutting mechanism is composed of the cross cutter and the crank slider mechanism.The mechanical structure of the three mechanisms is designed,and the three-dimensional modeling and overall assembly are carried out in Solid Works software.(2)In order to study the influence of cutting speed on the cutting effect of wall stickers,the cutting force of cross cutter and the yield stress of wall stickers under different cutting speeds are obtained by using the explicit dynamics simulation software LS-DYNA,which verifies the feasibility of wall stickers cutting.In order to select the appropriate driving motor,the driving torque required by the crank slider mechanism in the cutting process is obtained by using the multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS,and the motor selection is completed according to the torque.(3)According to the functional requirements of the equipment,the software and hardware of the cutting equipment control system are designed.The hardware equipment uses STM32f407 as the main control chip,and completes the selection of sensors and other peripherals.Based on QT framework,the man-machine interface of upper computer is developed,the communication protocol between upper and lower computers is specified,and the tension control method of magnetic powder brake is designed.The lower computer control program realizes the tasks of feeding,cutting and tension control of the cutting equipment,and transplants the Free RTOS operating system for task scheduling.(4)The prototype is developed.The offset detection function,tension control function and batch cutting function of the prototype are tested.The test results show that the production beat of the prototype of the cutting equipment is 13-18 pieces / min,and the cutting error is less than 1mm.The feeding speed and cutting length can be set by GUI,which can detect the offset of wall stickers in real time and control the torque of magnetic particle brake.This paper studies and designs an automatic cutting equipment for wall stickers made of XPE foam cotton,and completes the mechanical structure design and threedimensional modeling of the cutting equipment;The cutting process of the cross cutter in the cutting mechanism and the required driving torque of the crank slider mechanism are simulated and analyzed;The hardware selection of the cutting equipment control system is completed,and the man-machine interface of the upper computer and the control program of the lower computer are compiled;The prototype is developed and the function of the prototype is tested.The test results show that the equipment meets the functional requirements and design indexes,can replace manual cutting,improves the degree of automation and production efficiency,and reduces the labor cost.
