Study On Emergency Capacity Evaluation Of Fenyang Power Supply Company Of State Grid

Now,the power grid scale and power supply capacity in China’s power industry are growing rapidly with the development of social economy,gradually expanding and becoming stronger.However,due to the influence of environment,equipment factors and human factors,people’s production and life in many areas are affected by power outages in many areas.In the face of this situation,power supply companies need to have a certain emergency capacity to prevent accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate and analyze the emergency capacity of power supply companies.Based on emergency process management and power grid emergency theory,this study analyzes the current situation of emergency capacity of State Grid Fenyang power supply company,including emergency organization capacity,emergency planning capacity and emergency daily management capacity,which mainly uses the questionnaire method.It also analyzes the problems existing in the emergency management mechanism,emergency management awareness and emergency support ability of the company.The evaluation system of emergency capacity of State Grid Fenyang power supply company is constructed,and the evaluation indexes such as emergency response preparation,emergency recovery index,emergency prevention index and emergency preparation index are selected to construct the evaluation system of emergency capacity of State Grid Fenyang power supply company;Determine the weight,use brainstorming method and AHP to determine the weight of indicators at all levels,which is determined by AHP,and use brainstorming method;From the perspective of emergency capability evaluation subject and evaluation process,this paper analyzes the application status of the company’s emergency capability evaluation system,and analyzes the emergency capability evaluation subject and evaluation process.Through the analysis,it is found that there are still some problems in the emergency capacity of State Grid Fenyang power supply company,including imperfect emergency management mechanism,insufficient emergency management awareness,insufficient emergency support capacity and inadequate emergency management evaluation.Based on this,this paper puts forward some emergency recovery countermeasures,including improving emergency management mechanism,strengthening emergency management awareness,improving emergency support capacity,implementing emergency management evaluation and so on,so as to provide some reference for the improvement of the company’s emergency capacity.The research of this paper provides a certain reference for the improvement of emergency capacity of State Grid Fenyang power supply company,and also has a certain reference value for the evaluation of emergency capacity of power supply companies.For power supply companies,it is very important to do a good job in emergency capacity evaluation,so as to better deal with some emergencies.
