Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Power Emergency Management In M City Power Supply Company

In the 21 st century,the society and science and technology are experiencing great progress and change,the development of power grid has also experienced earth shaking changes,China’s power grid technology has gradually entered the world’s advanced ranks.With the development of power grid,it is bound to face challenges.First,due to the continuous expansion of power grid construction scale and the further strengthening of power grid interconnection in various regions,there is a certain threat to the safe operation of the power grid itself;second,due to the complex and changeable environment,natural disasters such as earthquake,hail,typhoon,flood and waterlogging cannot be accurately predicted,thus posing a threat to power grid equipment,causing equipment Damage,power grid outage and other accidents occur.Up to now,China’s power grid emergency management department has developed a series of measures,including the corresponding emergency specification documents to deal with unpredictable natural disaster emergencies.However,due to the unpredictability of accident and disaster,it is necessary to further improve the emergency management ability of power grid.Always pay attention to the development of enterprises and the changes of social environment,analyze the current situation and problems of emergency management of enterprises,and formulate scientific and perfect emergency management countermeasures to match the development of enterprises,which is an urgent problem to be solved for the safe and stable operation of power grid enterprises.Based on the concepts of emergency management and electric power emergency management,this paper summarizes the research results of electric power emergency management at home and abroad and the relevant theoretical knowledge of electric power emergency management through literature analysis,introduces and analyzes the current situation of electric power emergency management of M city power supply company through questionnaire method,and then discusses the problems and shortcomings of electric power emergency management analysis.Finally,based on the actual situation of power emergency management of M city power supply company,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as improving emergency management organization,standardizing emergency management process,improving emergency plan,and perfecting emergency resource guarantee.In addition,it puts forward the necessity of establishing emergency early warning mechanism and strengthening daily emergency management,and puts forward specific feasible measures for power accidents caused by natural disasters.This study can be a reference for the same type of power supply enterprises in power emergency management in the future.
