| At present,with the rapid development of China’s economy,electric power plays a very important and indispensable role in social development.With the increasing demand for electric power,the load operation pressure of China’s power grid is increasing.At present,the centralized management and control method is generally adopted for power grid in our country,and problems such as high cost of material reserve and slow response occur from time to time.The root of the problem is that there is irrationality in the process of power emergency logistics management.The traditional and conventional emergency logistics management obviously can not meet the needs of the rapid development of power.Therefore,the effective management of materials and the scientific and reasonable emergency logistics management system are the key links to ensure the emergency management of electric power.At the same time,how to shorten the period of power material distribution,reduce the cost of logistics distribution,and improve the turnover rate of material categories is an important factor for the development of power logistics,and also the fundamental for the sustainable development of enterprises.First of all,this paper uses the literature method,combined with the relevant theories of emergency logistics management,taking the existing emergency logistics management process of SW power supply company as an example,through analyzing the current situation of emergency logistics management process of SW power supply company,establishes the research framework of the full text.Secondly,by analyzing the main problems existing in the emergency logistics management of SW power supply company,such as unclear plan,lack of unity of material management and weak foundation of information system,the paper constructs the emergency logistics management process of the company,and analyzes the process optimization from the aspects of multi project management and organization management,so as to make the optimized logistics management proces meet the requirements of multi project cooperation.At last,the paper demonstrates the effect from three aspects: improving distribution efficiency,improving equipment utilization and reducing average outage time.The purpose of this paper is to optimize and design the emergency logistics management process of SW power supply company,and provide management basis and decision-making reference for the logistics management of similar enterprises in China. |
