With the proposal of Premier Li Keqiang’s "Made in China 2025" ten-year power strategy,the manufacturing industry has ushered in a development stage based on the Internet,cloud computing and other technologies,and realizing the combination of large-scale production and personalized customization.With the continuous development of information technology and intelligence,the quality and technical requirements of the manufacturing industry are also getting higher and higher,and the disadvantages of the lack of high-end technical talents have also been exposed.Enterprise employee training is an effective means and important way to enhance the competitive advantage of enterprise human capital and improve the technical level and innovation ability of enterprise technical personnel.The importance of the human resources training in the human resources management can be seen.The SHZ Machinery Manufacturing Company is a large state-owned enterprise engaged in the machine tools manufacturing in China,as an important production base of the machine tools in China.Under the background of this trend,the SHZ Machinery Manufacturing Company also has this problem in the process of its development.Therefore,constructing and improving the reasonable and effective training system of SHZ Machinery Manufacturing Company technicians is an urgent problem to be solved.Firstly,by combing and analyzing the existing documents at home and abroad,compare the experience of employee training and management,analyze the characteristics of the new situation of "Made in China 2025" industrial development,use literature review,system analysis and field investigation,and analyze the operation of the current SHZ machinery training management system in employee training and management.After research,it was found that the employee training process of SHZ Machinery Manufacturing Company is not standardized,unreasonable organization construction,and insufficient resources,which further hindered the employee training effect of SHZ Machinery Manufacturing Company.On this basis,the training management system optimization scheme is designed.The "dynamic feedback system" was established through the training process supervision mechanism optimization and the training effect evaluation method optimization,which expounds the steps,procedures and measures of the new employee training system of SHZ Machinery Manufacturing Company,as well as the evaluation indicators and methods for assessing the employee training effect.Finally,the optimized employee training system of SHZ machinery manufacturing company is established to meet the training needs of enterprises.Through the analysis of the existing training management system of SHZ Machinery Manufacturing Company,the following conclusion is drawn:(1)Under the development trend of information and intelligent manufacturing industry,the current employee training management system of SHZ Machinery Manufacturing Company can no longer meet the development needs of the enterprise.(2)Help SHZ Machinery Manufacturing Company to improve the problems existing in the current training work through the design of the training optimization scheme.It not only provides ideas for the future training of SHZ machinery manufacturing Company,but also provides reference for the training of similar enterprises.
