At present,the United States has launched "re-industrialization" and Germany has implemented industry 4.0.Different strategic names convey the same message:manufacturing is still the focus of competition in various countries,facing the severe competition situation.Manufacturing staff quality and technical requirements are also rising.However,with the continuous development of mechanical automation,the shortcomings of high-end manipulation and the shortage of enterprise management personnel have also been exposed.On February 13,2018,the Shandong Provincial Government issued the "implementation Plan for the conversion of New and Old driving Forces in Shandong Province into Major projects." We need to firmly establish the concept of talent first resources,implement a more active,open and effective talent policy,and promote the strategic adjustment of talent structure.This paper collects and analyzes the theoretical and practical application results of employee training research at home and abroad,and sorts out the new characteristics and requirements of employees' skill requirement under the development trend of information and intelligence in manufacturing industry.Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons existing in the current situation of employee training in X Company,the management system of employee training in manufacturing enterprises under the new environment is constructed by taking X Company as a concrete example.This article mainly includes the following research contents:First,through combing and analyzing the existing literature at home and abroad,comparing the experience of staff training management at home and abroad,summarizing the research results.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the new development situation of the "made in China 2025" industry,and puts forward the objectives and contents of the research,as well as the relevant research methods and innovations.Secondly,by introducing the current situation of X Company and the strategic direction and goal of its development,and combining with the operation of the current employee training management system in X Company,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the staff training management of X Company.Thirdly,on the basis of the former training management system of X Company,the "1+3" training management is designed.
