| This article first analyzes the operation status of urban public transportation in2022.Based on the "Public Transportation Happiness Index" proposed by Gao De,it analyzes the travel needs that passengers urgently need to meet,analyzes the sources of passenger travel happiness,and starts with happiness to create a public transportation service mode that satisfies the people.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)From macro to micro: At the macro level,first analyze the development trend,operation mode,and current situation of public transportation in the country.Then compare the advanced development models of public transportation in foreign countries,seek gaps,and make up for shortcomings.After analyzing the research situation of public transportation both domestically and internationally,seek a development model suitable for urban public transportation in China.At the micro level,investigate and analyze the development status of public transportation in Zhenjiang City,and select suitable routes for the combination scheduling mode of "big station express+full journey bus" to achieve the effect of cost reduction and efficiency increase.Afterwards,the advantages,disadvantages,and applicable situations of different scheduling modes were introduced,and the existing bus scheduling modes in Zhenjiang were analyzed to seek suitable bus scheduling modes for Zhenjiang.(2)Model construction and solution: based on the analysis of the characteristics of passenger flow time and space distribution,and in combination with the relevant provisions of the Code for Design of Urban Road transportation planning GB5022095,the scope of the number of fast train parking at large stations is defined.Select candidate sites through the grid clustering CLIQUE algorithm.Solve the optimal coupling scheme between stopping stations,departure intervals,and passenger travel needs.With the goal of minimizing the weighted sum of passenger travel time cost and public transportation enterprise operating cost for combined scheduling,and with constraints such as full load rate,passenger travel time,departure frequency,and vehicle configuration,a comprehensive cost optimal model for combined scheduling of large station express and full journey buses is established.By encoding,the solution of the problem is transformed from its solution space to the search space that the genetic algorithm can handle,and then the minimum fleet size is solved using the inverse function.Finally,indicators are selected to evaluate the combined scheduling.(3)Example analysis: Taking No.29 Road in Zhenjiang City as an example,verify the rationality of selecting stopping stations and whether the construction and calculation results of the model have achieved the expected cost reduction and efficiency increase effect.Compare and analyze the calculation results of the 29 route combined dispatch with the current operational plan.Before optimization,there were22 shifts,and after optimization,there were 26 shifts.After optimization,the profit increased by 6.38%.The average waiting time for passengers before optimization was17.2(minutes/person),and after optimization,the average waiting time for passengers was 12.1(minutes/person).The average waiting time saved for passengers was 5.1(minutes/person).At the same time,the variance value of the departure time interval is also lower,indicating that the optimized departure interval has lower variability and is more stable. |
