Research On The Issues Related To Airport Express Train Operation

With the improvement of demand for passenger air travel,traditional road traffic cannot meet the transportation needs of the airport complex.Therefore,the airport express has been widely built with its advantages of punctuality,speed,environmental protection and large capacity.Although the airport express has many advantages,it will still face huge challenges after it is completed and operated.On the one hand,it will have greater competition with other short-distance transportation;on the other hand,the demand for passenger travel will become increasingly diversified and higher requirements have been set for the connection between the airport express and flight schedule.Therefore,fully considering the characteristics of airport passenger flow,a suitable and efficient airport express train operation plan has been developed,which can not only improve the current status of passenger travel,save passengers more time,but also increase the market share of the airport express,bring more benefits to the railway.Based on this,this paper studies the airport express train operation plan and related issues.First,based on a large amount of literature,this paper analyzes the necessity of airport express operation.Through the analysis of the functional positioning and passenger flow characteristics of the airport express line,the airport express operation plan and the intercity train operation plan are different,and then the main contents,influencing factors and compilation principles of the airport express train operation plan are described according to the characteristics of different passenger flows.Secondly,on the basis of clarifying the mechanism of the impact of passenger trip choices on train operation plans,the choice of passenger travel time is determined according to the intensiveness of flight departure and arrival times,and then the study of passenger travel mode selection behavior is conducted.The influencing factors were quantified,and the Logit passenger flow sharing model was established to lay the foundation for the later analysis of the airport express competitiveness and the development of a driving mode that meets the needs of passengers as much as possible.Then,the train route and train routing plan of the airport express were defined,and according to the characteristics of the passenger flow of the airport express and the regularity of flight time distribution,the airport express train formation and departure frequency were determined.A multi-objective programming model of the airport express train operation plan with the objective of minimizing the travelling time cost of the passengers and minimizing the operating costs of the railway enterprises is established,and the solution process of the genetic algorithm is given.Finally,take the Zhongchuan Intercity Railway as an example to analyze and demonstrate its importance as an airport express.Combine the Zhongchuan Intercity Railway passenger flow survey data,model parameter values and other data to calculate the passenger flow sharing rate of the line and determine the formation and departure frequency by the passenger flow,the specific number of train departures in different periods is determined according to the departure and arrival times of the flights,and the data is substituted into the model to obtain the train operation plan of the Zhongchuan airport express,and the applicability of the plan and algorithm is briefly analyzed.Then,in order to solve the problem of "seamless" connection between flights and trains,in addition to the way of optimizing the train operation plan,it can also be solved based on the five strategies of reasonable optimization of station equipment layout,strengthening air-rail information sharing,enriching and optimizing air-rail combined transportation products,improving railway and civil aviation operation cooperation mechanism,and promoting service process standardization.
