With the development of society and national economy,the automobile industry has made great progress in recent years,and the automobile has entered thousands of households.However,the traditional vehicles are all fuel vehicles.With the development,a large number of vehicle exhaust emissions pose a serious threat to the air and ecological environment.This makes people have to gradually turn the vision of the development of the automobile industry to clean energy,which is dominated by pure electric new energy.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the Party and the people have put a new strategic height on the construction of ecological civilization,and the development of new energy vehicles has also been elevated to a national strategic perspective,which is planned and implemented in each "five-year Plan" as a special strategic development outline.Based on this,the development of the automobile industry is also affected by the national policy.Guizhou Yaotong Automobile Co.,LTD.,as a 4S shop of traditional energy vehicles,needs to re-examine its own business model and implement timely transformation according to the national development policy in order to adapt to social development.Guizhou Yaotong Company’s business model transformation is based on the commercial canvas,PEST,Porter’s Five Forces model,value chain analysis model and other tools,through in-depth analysis of the industry,the final transformation to the ecological chain of new energy vehicles.After the transformation,the new value proposition of "selling happy travel life" was taken as the new value proposition.The original business model of the traditional fuel car 4S shop was abandoned.First,the transformation of the business model to a broader customer group was realized by building a new energy vehicle sales center.Second,it will expand new businesses such as online car-hailing operation qualification management and tourism vehicle solutions for regional tourism customers.After the transformation to the new business model,Guizhou Yaotong Company’s business model has been comprehensively improved from the value proposition,customer segmentation,customer relationship,channel,important partners,core resources,key businesses and other aspects,while optimizing the cost structure and increasing the company’s income.Finally,it will bring the company to the fast lane of new energy development,comprehensively improve the core competitiveness of Guizhou Yaotong Company,and provide new direction and new power for the sustainable development of Guizhou Yaotong Company.
