The automobile 4S shop is a unique service including Sale,Spare part,Service and Survey.The fierece competition among different brands does not leave much leeway to the investors of 4S shops,who have invested a lot.Even so,the huge consumer market and the imagination of benefits make many investors with strong capital strength ignore the risks of investment on the 4S shop.They still scramble for investing the 4S shops.The 4S shops of different brands now are springing up in the lower-tier cities following the existence in the cities in line.The competition among the 4S shops lies in the followings.First,they have to seize the consumers,and then to compete with efficiency and cost of management.Nowadays the 4S shops firstly have to well run its own brand and products with excellent public praise if they wan to hold their ground in this field.In addition,they also have to prepare for the followings.The first is to reorganize the interior management models,which will run the shops more efficiently.The second is to meet and investigate the customers’ needs in order to gain their praise and loyalty.All above are integral parts of the modern management of the 4S shops.First of all,I found the problems in the operation plan and budget of the automobile 4S shop,mainly including the operation plan and management mode(executing the organizational structure,process performance and performance assessment).Secondly,analyze the existing problems of business plan,budget(business ability,environment,policy,target,emphasis and measure,market promotion,budget,etc.)and management model(perform organization,process performance and performance assessment).Finally,the management aspect(key measures and marketing and business policies)and management mode(how to implement accountability,performance appraisal and fair incentive system)are solved and formulated.The purpose is to create the most practical automobile 4S shop management model.
