Shell structure has a long history of development.With the development of society,the structure forms of shell become more and more diversified.However,the traditional shell mostly adopts the complex curved structure form,which has the disadvantages of difficult construction,high consumables,limited bearing capacity and so on.In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional curved shell,it is urgent to create a new folding plate mesh shell structure which is generous and beautiful,convenient in construction,saves materials and has a high bearing capacity.Previous studies have shown that the concrete dense ribbed folded-plate mesh shell has rich structural forms and good mechanical properties,but the solid belly dense ribbed beams still have shortcomings such as large consumables.Therefore,the fusion of hollow sandwich slab floor system and folded slab shell,that is,the use of hollow beam instead of solid beam,is an effective way to solve the above shortcomings.Under this background,The concrete hollow arc reticulated shell with prismatic surface is proposed in this paper.This kind of structure is obtained by equidividing the arc and then supporting the hollow sandwich plate on the fold line.This kind of structure is simple and beautiful,integrates the advantages of folded plate shell and hollow sandwich plate,simplifies construction,saves materials,but also retains a high load capacity,and has a good application prospect.At present,the research of this kind of new spatial structure is still blank,so it is of great significance to analyze the mechanical properties of this kind of structure,which will provide theoretical basis for the engineering design of the structure.In this paper,the static load test of the structure is carried out first,and then the finite element method is used to compare and verify the test results,and analyze the dynamic response of the structure.The results show that:(1)The concrete hollow arc reticulated shell with prismatic surface has high static load capacity.(2)The finite element method can accurately predict the displacement of the structure under static load,the development trend of the component elastic-plastic,etc.According to the finite element analysis results,the ultimate load calculation formula with high accuracy is fitted.(3)The natural vibration characteristics of The concrete hollow arc reticulated shell with prismatic surface are good,and it has a certain seismic ability,forming a simple seismic design method suitable for practical projects.
