As the most important ecological barrier in northern China,Inner Mongolia,with its vast grasslands and rich mineral resources,is an important base for agricultural and livestock products,energy output and export of the motherland.Building an important bridgehead of energy and ecology in the north of China is the fundamental requirement of the national strategic level for the Inner Mongolia.The Inner Mongolia actively responded to the national strategic deployment,focused on developing a modern energy economy,comprehensively promoted the integrated development of source network,load storage,wind,water,fire and storage,built a new hydrogen energy economy,and accelerated the construction of ultra-high voltage transmission channels and smart grid.NC Power Grid Company(hereinafter referred to as NC Company),as a large state-owned power grid enterprise in Inner Mongolia,has always been committed to helping build a modern energy economy in the autonomous region.After continuous development and expansion,NC has become the power supply company of eight leagues and cities in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia,and the top three power transmission and distribution enterprise in China in terms of comprehensive strength.Under the new situation and requirements,the direction of electric energy development is constantly shifting towards higher requirements.In the face of new development opportunities and different challenges,the pace of strategic transformation will also be further accelerated.Based on the above environment and background,this paper takes NC company as an example,starting from its development history,current situation,problems encountered in its development,and historical lessons,and through relevant theoretical research and specific work practices,points out the shortcomings of NC company in transformation and upgrading,energy nature transformation,etc.Through the analysis of internal resources of NC company,PEST analysis,Porter’s Five Forces Model,and SWOT analysis are adopted,Analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats that NC company has in its development,and conclude that NC company can adopt a strategic approach of market penetration,utilize new markets and policies that are more in line with green and environmentally friendly new market development models,and propose guarantee measures for smooth implementation.By utilizing the overall planning and development strategy of NC company,NC company can better connect and quickly implement green development.Under the overall deployment of ecological priority and green development,NC company is constantly moving towards a national first-class modern power supply enterprise.Meanwhile,the smooth implementation of NC enterprises has also provided experience and reference for the transformation and development of power grid enterprises in the same industry.
