Research On Development Strategy Of State Grid LF County Power Supply Company Under New Situation

China’s electric power industry has a history of 140 years.As a livelihood enterprise,State Grid Corporation undertakes the power supply work to ensure the people’s livelihood,economic growth and social development,and always adheres to the concept of "the people’s electricity industry for the people" in the development process.With the proposal of the "double carbon" goal and the reform of the electricity sales side market,the monopoly operation mode of the State grid which has been integrating transmission,distribution,transformation and sale of electricity has been broken,and the competition and challenges it faces are also increasing.The introduction of new national policies and people’s new requirements force the State Grid Corporation to face the challenge of transformation and upgrading.In this paper,the state grid LF County Power supply company as the research object,based on the strategic management theory at home and abroad,using PEST analysis method,Porter’s five forces model analysis method and other tools for LF County power supply company internal and external environment for a comprehensive and systematic analysis,the company’s internal strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and threats faced by the current external environment.Then the SWOT comprehensive analysis method is used to match these factors and get four development strategies for the company to choose.Then,after comprehensive consideration,SO strategy is selected as the company’s development strategy,and the strategy is subdivided.The forward integration strategy with quality service as the core is adopted.This strategy is highly consistent with the company’s development concept and development direction.Finally,put forward the short-term and long-term strategic objectives,and formulate the corresponding strategic implementation plan and safeguard measures,in order to improve the company’s core competitiveness,toward the goal of becoming a first-class power company in Shanxi Province.The research on the development strategy of State Grid LF County Power Supply Company is not only conducive to guiding the company’s future development direction,rationally allocating the company’s high-quality resources,improving the company’s power grid structure,and increasing the company’s operating income,but also has certain reference significance and reference value for other prefecture and city power supply companies in the same situation in the industry.However,the study of development strategy is a dynamic and complex long-term work,in order to achieve the sustainable development of the company,it is also necessary to make appropriate adjustments and improvements to the strategy according to the actual situation to make it more applicable.
