The construction industry has made pile foundation construction a necessity with the emergence of urbanization.The requirement for construction technology is augmenting as the amount of pile foundations grows.Mountaineering construction has found it hard to satisfy the demands of both high efficiency and pile quality through the use of traditional pile foundation technology.Consequently,the creation of fresh pile foundation technology is of great significance.The success and failure of project construction,as well as its stability,are closely associated with the safety of pile foundation construction and its utilization.Practitioners of construction should bolster the exploration of pile foundation construction administration to ensure a seamless construction.Karst landform is widely distributed in our country.Due to its unique formation mechanism,the topographic structure has become extremely complex and diversified.In the construction of pile foundation,it is more difficult to cross a variety of harsh terrain.Consequently,the proper comprehension and handling of engineering geological issues is essential to guarantee the project’s successful execution;if there is an inadequate comprehension or improper management,not only will engineering mishaps occur,but also will significantly raise the cost of the venture.Guizhou is dominated by karst landform,influenced by geological structure,with high mountains,deep valleys and significant height difference between valleys.This paper is to study the quality management methods of pile foundation engineering in Guizhou karst landform.An initial summary of the quality management of pile foundation engineering in karst landform is derived from literature analysis.An in-depth exploration of cost,schedule,safety,contract,and other aspects was conducted,followed by an examination of the research status and future development trend of pile foundations both domestically and internationally.Secondly,the comprehensive unit price of pile foundation excavation method is calculated by using the material machine analysis method.The highest proportion of material cost is known to be the most disparate in various excavation methods,with labor,material,mechanical,management fee,and profit all varying greatly.The key to controlling cost lies in the strengthening of materials management during construction.Then AHP is applied to select the pile foundation excavation method which is more suitable for karst landform among the excavation methods such as manual digging,impact drilling machine and rotary digging machine.At long last,the paper unites construction technology and administration by applying the PDCA cycle principle,taking Guizhou A as an example.It then investigates the pile foundation construction technique(the drive set process is aimed at:).An exhaustive analysis of the construction technology,key components,process regulation,and quality assessment of the pile base is given for a pile diameter of less than 1500 mm hole pile,using a full rotary procedure.A rotary drilling rig’s full protection tube,with its compact form,adjustable installation,quick construction speed,ample bearing capacity,high efficiency,and minimal impact on stratum,is unparalleled.The potential to decrease the duration and expense of construction has been ascertained.For karst landform pile foundation engineering,this technique is more fitting.
