| In recent years,the society is facing a profound contradiction between material demand and environmental pollution caused by economic growth.In the field of automobile,oil consumption and exhaust pollution have begun to seriously overlimit the carrying capacity of the environment,and human beings urgently need to carry out a green travel reform.Although new energy vehicles are still in the growth stage,they will eventually replace traditional fuel vehicles and become a way for people to travel in the future.In this context,new energy vehicles have become a key national support industry.In October 2020,The State Council passed the "New energy vehicle Industry Development Plan",which defines the development goal of new energy vehicles in the future: by 2025,the proportion of new energy vehicles sales should reach about 25%,and by 2035,the vehicles in the public domain should be fully electrified.With the vigorous development of new energy vehicles,a large number of new car-making forces have emerged in China.WL new energy vehicle companny,established in November 2014,is undoubtedly the leader among the new forces.The most distinctive label that distinguishes it from traditional cars is its inherent Internet gene.This article studies the competitive strategy of WL New Energy Vehicle Company.It utilizes the internal value chain model,core competencies to conduct an IFE matrix analysis.Additionally,it uses the PEST tool to analyze the macro environment of new energy vehicles and combines it with the Porter’s Five Forces model to analyze the industry development environment,conducting an EFE matrix analysis.Finally,using SWOT analysis,it identifies external opportunities and threats and internal strengths and weaknesses,and combines it with QSPM analysis to compare and analyze three competitive strategies quantitatively.Ultimately,it concludes that a differentiation strategy is the most suitable competitive strategy for WL’s current development status.Finally,we recommend that WL implement differentiation competition strategies in four areas,namely product differentiation,technology differentiation,service differentiation and marketing differentiation,and adopt corresponding guarantee measures,namely profitability guarantee,corporate culture guarantee,incentive process guarantee,and digital technology guarantee.In order to position itself as a leader in the new car-making forces and become a benchmark for domestic new energy vehicle companies,it will help the structural transformation of the new energy vehicle industry and provide reference suggestions for the high-quality development of domestic new energy vehicle companies. |
