| Digital transformation has become an important means for enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness and achieve strategic goals.CMC,a shipbuilding company,is facing many problems in the process of vigorously promoting digital transformation and building digital capabilities:disorderly project construction,unquantifiable return on investment,and employee resistance.Therefore,the evaluation of CMC’s digital capabilities can help enterprises identify shortcomings and shortcomings and carry out targeted digital capacity building.Based on the above background,this paper takes CMC of shipbuilding company as an example,applies hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,firstly,studies the relevant literature of digitalization,digital capability and digital capability assessment,clarifies the specific concept,and lays the theoretical foundation for this study.Secondly,this paper investigates the digital status of CMC companies and sorts out the difficulties in its digital construction process,including:based on literature research,build a digital capability evaluation index system suitable for shipbuilding enterprises.The weights of the indicators at each level are calculated by analytic hierarchy.The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was then applied to evaluate and analyze its digital capabilities.Finally,according to the conclusions of the analysis,the digital capability improvement strategy of CMC is proposed.Through the scientific evaluation of the digital capability of CMC,a shipbuilding enterprise,the improvement strategy is proposed.It is beneficial for CMC companies to recognize the actual level of their digital capabilities.In the future,in the face of the problems encountered in the process of digital capacity building,it can be targeted to improve.The research conclusions of this paper are also applicable to the digital capability assessment of other companies in the shipbuilding industry,which has certain reference significance. |
