| The sirking of digital technology in the manufacturing industry has accelerated the digitalization of manufacturing companies.Under the guidance of government policies,digitalization has become the general trend of m anufacturing enterprises to improve management and management.China’s heavy-duty truck manufacturing company SQ Company acti’vely responded to the national call and took the lead in digital transformation.But the facts show that,like most manufacturing compabies in Ch ina,SQ companies face mahy problems iin tectss of-digital capacity building,such as lack of investment retuchs and insufficie.nt digital ycnowledge of employees.Therefore,it is necessar.y to evaluate the digital capabilities of the enterprise and find out the shortcomings and shortcomings of the enterprise in the digital capacity buildingl,in order to provide countermeasures for the en terprise to carry Oout digFital capacity building and digital transformation.In this context,this paper takes SQ company as the research object,comprehensively uses the theory of digital and digital capabilities.,and uses the fuzzy conmpIrehensi7ve evaluation metgiod based on AHP-RS to study the dig,ital ability evaluation of SQ company.Firstly,it summarizes t-oe relevant literatures on the digital capabilities of enterprises,c.larifies the con cept and connotation of tlhe digital capabilities of manufacturing enterprises,and the evaluation of the relevant capabilities of enterprises in the digital context,wwhich lays the theoretical foundation of this paper.Secondly,through tlhe in terviews and questionnaire surveys,SQ company’s digital cornstruction status is investigated?,and the problems in tlhe digital construction process are qualitatively clarified.Th en,this paper further conducts a scientific quantitative evaluation study on the current status of SQ’s digital capacity building.Specifically7,based on the literatuire research,three evaluation indicators of data acquisition capability,data analysis capability and data application capability of digital capacity building are summ arized,and the data definition ability and data security are supplemented by the analysis of the problems in the digital constrmctioe of ernterprises and expert intei-views.Two indicators of defense capability;using tlhe above feve indicators as the first-level indicators of digital capability evaluation,constructing an evaluation index system,using AHP and rough set theory(RS)to determine the subjective and objective weights of the indicators,and then using gold The segmentation theory linearly combines the subjective and objective weights to determine the comprehensive weight of the index.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the digital ability of SQ company,and the evaluation results are analyzed.The quantitative evaluation conclusions are basically consistent with the previous qualitative analysis based on interviews.Finally,based on the above qualitative and quantitative analysis,the author puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to carry out digital capacity building.This paper can help SQ company improve its digital construction level and accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises by studying the digitalization ability evaluation and improvement countermeasures of China’s heavy truck manufacturing enterprise SQ.The research conclusions of this paper have reference and reference significance for the digital capacity building of other enterprises in the heavy truck industry. |
