In recent years,although the number of road traffic collision accidents in China has declined,the overall level is still high.The occurrence of traffic accidents not only threatens people’s lives and property,but also affects the stable development of society.After the accident,On the one hand,the traffic police should evacuate and direct the traffic to ensure road capacity;On the other hand,it is also necessary to quickly survey and record the accident site.During the handling of the accident,the person involved may not fully and accurately describe the process of the accident because of injury,fright,or out of self-interest.Especially in the case of lack of road monitoring,and lack of on-site evidence due to man-made or weather reasons,it is very difficult to reproduce the accident process objectively and justly and identify the accident responsibility accurately.As we all know,the amount of deformation caused by vehicle collision exists objectively and seldom changes due to the change of environment.How to use the vehicle collision deformation data to calculate the vehicle speed before collision and reproduce the accident simulation will be of great significance in improving the level of traffic safety management,enhancing the efficiency of accident handling and identifying the responsibility for accidents.This study focuses on the accident pattern of corner-to-corner rear-end collision,the vehicle model is constructed by Hyper Mesh software.The Car crash simulation experiment is carried out by means of LS-DYNA software,the data of collision deformation and driving speed of the accident vehicle are obtained.MATLAB is used for data fitting analysis,the relationship model between deformation and driving speed is constructed.Combined with the existing vehicle collision dynamics equations,a calculation model for vehicle collision dynamics parameters is constructed.For the actual cases of Angle to Angle rear-end collision,the velocity parameters at the moment of collision contact are calculated by using the vehicle collision dynamic parameter calculation model and PC-Crash software respectively.While comparing and analyzing the speed reproduction results of the two,the simulation and actual deformation characteristics of the accident vehicle are compared and analyzed.The research shows that the dynamic parameter calculation model is in good agreement with the speed calculation results of PC-Crash software;the finite element simulation deformation is consistent with the actual deformation in terms of shape and depth characteristics.
