| With the rapid development of my country’s automobile industry,different types of road traffic accidents occur frequently.In many accidents,the two vehicles collide rear-end and cause the secondary collision and rollover of the vehicle.Although the proportion of accidents is small,after such an accident occurs,the movement of the accident vehicle is complex and changeable,and the secondary collision and rollover will affect the vehicle and its interior.The occupants will be injured,and due to the complexity of the vehicle movement process in such accidents,the simulation of the accident is difficult to reproduce,which will bring many problems to the traffic police department in the determination of such accidents and the division of accident responsibilities.Therefore,the reproduction research and analysis of a secondary collision and rollover accident of a car rear-end collision with a van will provide a scientific reference for how to improve the accuracy of the reproduction of such an accident.The state has important reference value for the active safety development of the vehicle.The main research content of this paper is as follows: Firstly,based on consulting domestic and foreign related documents,summarize the current situation of twovehicle collision and rollover accident reproduction and related vehicle motion simulation research.There is a direction to be deepened in the research of motion simulation.Secondly,based on the analysis of the collision process and collision dynamics of the two cars,the theoretical calculation formula of the collision speed of the car rear-end van is analyzed;applying theories of theoretical mechanics,vehicle dynamics and collision accident mechanics,the reproduction of the non-centered collision of the car rear-end van is established.The theoretical model,the rollover of the collision between the vehicle and the roadside obstacle,reproduces the theoretical model and derives the critical rollover force model.Then introduce the process of using PC-Crash software to reproduce the accident,and reproduce and simulate a case of a car rear-end van secondary collision and rollover accident in the National Automobile Accident In-Depth Investigation System(NAIS)database.The simulation results are reproduced and the established critical rollover force model is verified,which reveals the changing laws of the vehicle mechanics parameters during the simulation process in this accident.Finally,based on the above-mentioned simulation scenario of the rear-end collision of the van and the secondary collision of the van,the sensitivity of different influencing factors in this type of accident is studied by using the orthogonal experiment method;The influence law of critical conditions. |
