With the rapid development of rail train technology,trains are gradually becoming highspeed and intelligent,and their on-board equipment is constantly increasing.The types and amounts of data that need to be transmitted for train network communication are also increasing,and the communication network and communication environment are more complex.The probability of communication failures encountered during data transmission continues to increase.The receipt of data by the device does not mean that the data is safe and reliable.The use of low-security data will cause safety hazards in train operation.To ensure the safety of train operation,It is necessary to have higher transmission standards and usage requirements for important data related to train safety,so this paper studies the Safe Data Transmission protocol(SDT)in the train communication network(TCN).The main work of this paper includes the following three points:(1)Research the SDTv2 protocol proposed by the International Electrotechnical Commission in the IEC 61375-2-3 standard;the Shift2 Rail organization of the European Union plans to upgrade the safety level of SDTv2 from SIL2 to SIL4,that is the SDTv4 protocol,and apply the SDT protocol to them research on the train wireless network communication technology.In this paper,the SDTv4 protocol is tracked and studied.Through the research and analysis of the SDT(SDTv2/SDTv4)protocol,the SDT protocol software is developed,and the software is functionally tested,and its software functions meet the protocol requirements.(2)Research on the train real-time data transmission protocol(TRDP),research and test the TRDP protocol stack,combine the SDT software with the TRDP protocol stack,design and develop the TRDP-based SDT Ethernet communication software,and design it on the host computer interface,a fault injection program is written to simulate communication failures,and the software is tested for communication.The test results show that the software can cope with the communication failures specified in the protocol.(3)Research the wireless local area network(WLAN)communication technology used in the train’s wireless network communication,select the Wi Fi module according to the research results,use the Wi Fi module to construct the wireless local area network,design and write the SDT wireless communication software,and write the fault injection program,The software has been tested for wireless LAN data communication,and the test results show that the application research and development of the SDT protocol in WLAN communication has been completed.The existing train communication equipment does not have the relevant functions of safe data transmission.Applying the safe data transmission protocol and software developed in this paper to the train communication equipment can improve the safety and reliability of important data used during train operation.To ensure the safety of trains during operation. |
