Design And Implementation Of Material Management System For Metro Power Supply System

In the current rapid urbanization in our country,the metro as the main means of transport to reduce the pressure on urban traffic.Metro is increasingly adopted by various big cities.At present,the material management of most metro power supply systems has management defects such as a large variety of power supply materials,a large quantity,and a complicated material flow.The use of software management can effectively solve the urgent needs of enterprises in the management of power supply materials.It can greatly alleviate the large amount of data in material management,personnel management,equipment management and data management in traditional management and the difficulty of material management data synchronization.This paper first analyzes the current research status of my country’s metro power supply system material management system,and at the same time,combined with the China Railway Electrification Bureau’s demand for building an information management platform for a certain line of the Xi’an metro system,a metro power supply system material management system is designed.This paper focuses on the design ideas and implementation routes of the material management system for the metro power supply system.From the interface layout of the metro power supply system material management software,it combines the metro power supply system material management,personnel management,material and equipment circulation records,maintenance schedule management,and operation manuals realized by the metro power supply system material management.At the same time,it analyzes the process of material storage of the railway power supply system,the staff receiving materials,as well as the relevant hardware support equipment required for the material of the metro power supply system to realize the storage and delivery of the material,and the relevant elements of the metro power supply system material information.Among them,two-dimensional code scanners are used for material addition,and RFID technology is used for material delivery of metro power supply system.This design uses the python software language to design the material management software.Through the system test,this management software with the QR code scanner can realize the rapid material addition function and the RFID technology access control management function to realize the rapid material delivery management and the data analysis and control of various material information,which can meet the material of the metro power supply system.Demand for information management platform.
