| Speeding up the digital transformation of transportation infrastructure is the primary task of China’s current goal and strategy of building “a country with strong transportation network”.In order to meet the requirements of social development,China’s transportation infrastructure construction has gradually shifted from the original investment-driven,resource-driven development to the technology-driven,efficiency-oriented direction.In order to realize the information and digital production of transportation infrastructure,it is necessary for many parallel stakeholders to cooperate in a long life cycle.As an engineering application technology,BIM uses data integration,information exchange,interoperation and so on,so that all parties in the construction project information in the life cycle of different stages,different professional non-destructive transmission.In order to ensure that building information and information composition rules can adapt to the change and development of information technology in the whole life cycle of building,it is necessary to establish an open and extensible standard.BIM standards are one of the reasons that support BIM technology.Studying standard,comprehensive formulation for the construction industry to improve production efficiency,cost savings and shorten the construction period has played a positive role in promoting.The United Kingdom is one of the first countries to include BIM technology in government development strategy,because of its systematic and integrated BIM standards and technology policy,many countries have followed and learned.In the context of China’s “Belt and Road”policy,UK,as one of the more influential countries along the route,has a large market share,most of China’s transport infrastructure design,construction,external bidding project referred to the UK BIM Standard.Therefore,a comprehensive and systematic study of the UK BIM standards will provide technical assistance for the output capacity of China’s transport infrastructure and the public bidding,as well as an important reference for the development and application of BIM standards in China in the next stage.The main contributions and innovations of this paper are as follows: first,this paper the practice of BIM standard construction and application in UK and other countries from two aspects of BIM standard specification and technical application,and analyzes the “Top-down”development mode and perfect process management standard of BIM in UK,as well as the improvement of BIM construction in China.Second,it integrate many standards of BIM level2 in UK,and condenses out the main content:EIR,BEP,CDE,AIR,COBie,Uniclass and so on.Third,it provide “three stages and three levels” construction target,construction content and implementation path based on the Chinese situation,which provides theoretical basis for BIM construction and application development in China.Fourth,it provides the relevant reference document and template for the owner and the construction party to apply BIM technology to the project bidding,which is helpful to guide the overseas bidding work of our country’s enterprises. |
