The working environment of heavy machinery in China is harsh, with great impact and great load in the work.According to the requirements of traditional heavy machinery, this paper designs a transmission device with delay permanent magnet coupling with large impact and large load.In order to improve the soft start and overload protection function,it achieves the effect of controlling start time and overload protection time when stuck.According to the parameters of the adapted heavy machinery, find the torque required by the adapted machinery, control the start of the starting time by applying thrust to the direct stroke electric actuator for the delayed permanent disk coupling to join the control system.Through the magnetic path analysis process, the torque formula is derived to determine the inner and outer diameter of the conductor disk group and the permanent disk group, select the spline required by the permanent disk group according to the internal structure, and select the required permanent magnet material according to the torque required of the matching equipment.Electromagnetic finite element analysis is performed on the conductor and permanent disk groups of the delayed permanent magnet coupler.Through the comparative analysis of static field, transient field field vortex, transfer torque and other parameters of fan, trapezoidal, square permanent magnet which shape of permanent magnet is better suitable for the design of delayed permanent magnet coupler.Through electromagnetic analysis, the influence of these parameters on the transfer torque is analyzed to determine the most appropriate size of the delayed permanent magnet disk group and the conductor disk group.Static analysis of the main component spline flange and connector to ensure the strength required for the delayed permanent magnet coupler.
