| In the field of construction machinery,hydraulic actuator is a common power source,which mainly uses the reciprocating movement of the piston rod in the cylinder to achieve power transmission.In some specific work requirements(large torque,large swing Angle),commonly used rack and pinion hydraulic actuator to complete the relevant work.And this kind of hydraulic actuator because of the overall structure is relatively simple,easy to operate,has become a more common hydraulic actuator in the hydraulic system.Because of this,in order to better ensure the reliability of the work of rack and pinion hydraulic actuator,it is necessary to analyze and improve its transmission mechanism.Therefore,in this paper,the hydraulic actuator of an enterprise as an example,through the finite element analysis technology to its internal rack and pinion related performance analysis and improvement.In order to improve the efficiency of correlation analysis,the auxiliary program related to this kind of rack and pinion is also written.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Simplify the THREE-DIMENSIONAL assembly model of rack and pinion,obtain its single tooth meshing model,and conduct contact analysis through finite element analysis software.Then,according to the equivalent stress cloud diagram,the distribution and value of the stress,and the relationship between the rack tooth width parameter and the stress are described.(2)The modal analysis of the rack and pinion is completed by finite element software,and the frequency and modes of each mode are analyzed by the relative deformation diagram,and the forms and relative deformation of different modes are described.(3)Using the technology of tooth end rounded corner modification to improve the tooth.The effects of different tooth tip fillet radius and tooth width on stress were compared and analyzed.Then,according to different improvement purposes,based on finite element analysis technology,the relative best value of the two is screened.(4)Based on programming technology,this paper designed an auxiliary program for the rack and pinion.The program can complete: parameter calculation,strength check,tooth profile display,and based on a variety of types of data storage and call.The practice shows that this program improves the efficiency of strength check of this kind of rack and pinion,and has the characteristics of high visualization and intuitive data. |
