| Melamine resin foam material is an important part of the truck body.At present,its drying efficiency is low,which greatly affects the production schedule.Therefore,a reasonable drying process research is very necessary.However,there are few research results on this issue.This paper uses Creo 3.0 software to establish a three-dimensional geometric model,uses ANSYS Workbench 19.0 software to establish its finite element analysis model,based on the finite volume method,uses Fluent 19.0 software for its various drying methods(hot air drying,hot wall drying and hot-air hot-wall drying)conduct simulation analysis to obtain analysis results such as changes in airflow organization,changes in foam temperature and moisture content,and optimize the design of its parameters by using the orthogonal test optimization method.After obtaining the relevant optimization results,in order to solve the problem of the mismatch of drying efficiency at both ends of the foam and the low utilization rate of hot air during the drying process,a new type of hot air drying model was used,and the drying process was simulated and optimized.The analysis results show that:(1)In the selection of drying methods,the efficiency of hot wall drying is the lowest,and the efficiency of hot air drying is the highest.Adding a hot wall on the basis of hot air cannot effectively improve the drying efficiency;(2)In the parameterized design of hot air drying,the main influencing factors are air temperature,air velocity and foam placement distance.Optimal parameter configuration:the air velocity is403.15K,the air velocity is 12m/s,the foam spacing is 60mm,and the drying time is 60s shorter than before optimization;(3)The new hot air drying model obtains the experimental results through simulation:Reduce the working time of 30s compared with the previous;(4)Parametric design of the placement conditions of the side entrance,change the area,width,placement position and angle of the side entrance,and get a better parameter configuration after orthogonal experiment:The side entrance angle is 90°,the side entrance is at X=0mm,the side entrance width is 140mm,and the side entrance area is 124000mm~2.The optimization results obtained in this paper are of great help to improve the drying efficiency of melamine resin foam materials,and have certain guiding significance for the optimization design of the drying process of other types of materials. |
